All of the sudden stop working and I couldn't get it to work again

The options button does not work and I have contacted Best Buy to remedy this problem.

Cooked two hamburgers, when time was up the meat was brown with no pink showing. Hamburgers were COLD did not begin to melt the cheese that I put on top within a minute after removing from the microwave. A user manual would come in handy..

I wanted to like this, but I have a cabinet to the left of my over the range microwave that sticks out and due to the door being thicker than most I was only able to open the door a few inches and not enough to fit a plate it. Therefore I had to return it.

DELIVERED DAMAGED. REPLACED 2 WEEKS LATER. 4 MONTHS AFTER THAT IT STARTED MAKING A BEEING NOISE RANDOMLY. HAD TO CALL SAMSUNG ... BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD WOULD NOT HELP . DO NOT PURCHASE TOTAL PROTECTION PACKAGE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING.

I purchased this microwave for the power grill. I am very disappointed. I have a Newave oven the grills 10 times faster than this powergrill. The microwave is also louder than any other microwave I have ever owned. Stay away from this Samsung microwave.

The microwave comes on its own .. the fan comes on at all hours of the night ... very bad product ... Best Buy won't do anything I have to call Samsung not good customer service!

The filter is exposed and the light came damaged. It do not heat up food properly. I do not like this product.

This is the 2nd microwave that I bought that arrived damaged.The packaging is horrible. No protective material at all!!!

Microwave has a mind of its own. Turns on by itself constantly. Runs the fan.

Codes would always pop up and stop working and it would turn on by itself and the fan would turn on by itself.

Just will never deal with Best Buy’s and Samsung products

Great microwave it did a good job for 3 years but i buy a warranty for every appliance just in case.

I bought my microwave in November 2016, it broke in May 2016 and was repaired several times, I took off work, unpaid time, and the microwave was deemed unrepairable by certified Samsung technicians. They called, asked for some information, we provided answers, asked if they needed anything else, they said no, then they called again, no emails with written instructions for referral, sent paperwork for refund, then they say they want a picture of cut cord and picture of label from back of microwave in order to process refund. They said in the phone calls they told us not to get rid of the broken microwave, but will not give us copies of the calls. We gave the broken microwave to the people who delivered our new microwave to scrap it. A certified broken microwave is not useable to anyone and cannot be registered with them!!! Refund my warranty money as you should and your warranty guarantees. Stand behind your products and your name! You have lost a Samsung customer for life and for anyone I can tell my story to for $379.00. I have paid you thousands of dollars over the years for Samsung products but will not buy one more item from you!

I love my oven. My only problem is a manufacturing defect. Steam coming up from the stove while cooking gets into the key pad on the front door and the some of the buttons will not function. If the product is out of warranty a replacement part starts at $250. Im rethinking my purchase.

This microwave would kick the vent fan on at 5 am on high for no apparent reason. I told my wife we had ghosts. After only 1.5 years and out of warranty I get a CF0 error on the panel which is a communications error. I called support and was told to unplug it. I scheduled a repair and was told it was $100 for the service call. If it needs parts, it would be $200 plus the parts. A new door or module would be an additional $100 for each part. I only paid $400 to begin with and will not consider putting that into a used appliance that has no guarantee of not failing again. Stay clear of this microwave. I will not buy another Samsung kitchen appliance.

After 5 months it broke. Samsung customer service is unreal, literally talked to at least 15 different people at different times. Had repair men out 4 different times, And after a YEAR they refund me a fraction of what it cost to replace. I’m looking for new microwave and found out that Samsung is the leader in reported problems with microwaves. Not sure why all the positive reviews on BestBuy. Check other websites for more reviews. I bought a Samsung oven and fridge at the same time and I’m worried how long they will hold up. Moving into a new home in a year and will not be purchasing Samsung, they look good but make garbage.

Shopping for a dishwasher and this Samsung microwave caught my wife's eye. Yes, it looks great! Then we looked at features and said to our sales person, we'll take this as well!! Geek Squad did a great job on the install. The unit is quiet for a microwave, has multiple fan settings, two light levels (LED lights), and many cooking modes. Sensor cooking is interesting. Potatoes, corn on the cob (in the husk) and you just put the food in. No qty like other products. Put 5 potatoes in and it cooks them evenly as if you only had one. The time to cook is sometimes longer, but it's never overdone or undercooked. Impressive!! This has a top grill element. I've cooked burgers, hot dogs, and we've made some other meals with that. It's good because it cooks more oven like, and not as soggy microwaveish.. The hardware on this is solidly built. The touch sense panel is not a traditional membrane pad that is subject to cracks etc. It's more of a capacitive thing that easily responds to very light taps, though some are still used to pressing harder on our older microwave. Very pleased with this!!
