Looks great, works great, easy to clean, finger printless surface

Easy to operate and has a nice finish on it easy to install

The unit has a great look to it it heats stuff super fast and the LED light for night time looks really sharp the one thing that would have put it over the top was the buttons should light up like the keypad should be backlit

Very nice and great performer. Easy use and installation. Had an older Samsung Model and the mounting bracket are the same. The door is a little more heavy (because of the control location). The numbers are easy to see.

I am looking to replace old model Samsung with the new one maybe. The new one looks identical to the old Model. The only difference is the model numbers. My Samsung microwave just stopped working 2 months over the 3yr warranty. I am very disappointed only lasting 3 yrs. First it stopped cooking correctly, (wasn't heating) then it started making this wierd loud noise like it was going to blow up. The filter kept popping out and falling in my food while I was cooking. I am very disappointed because I have purchased all my electronics from Samsung and have been pleased with their performance. I even purchased a Samsung stove to match. Now I am faced with having to replace old model with new. I am wondering if this Model will last longer than the old one? Dont know if I would recommend. ID #2288518116

This is an almost exact replacement of my previous microwave. The size is perfect and the cooking options are varied. The style is sleek and modern.

Looks great, works just fine. Has way more features and capabilities than we need.

We replaced a smaller over the range microwave with this Samsung. Couldn’t imagine we could fit a larger microwave than what we had. Plenty of room inside for large dishes or platers. We’re glad we found this Samsung.

Love it. So many functions to use. I like the buttons being on the bottom. Looks very good in my kitchen. I also love that’s it’s a dark blue color inside instead of the typical white that stains easily.

Makes the perfect bag of popcorn. Quiet operation, easy to use, very sturdy.

This microwave has many features including the power options. I also like the eco feature where I can turn off the display when I am not using it.

Works well, looks very nice, like the location of the fans as they are farther away from the back wall than other manufacturers. Fans are quieter than the Kitchen Aid we had. Would like a couple more sensor reheat options, other than that we think its well worth the price. Best Buy had great customer service, would buy from therm.

The microwave is great. Easy to use, functions are perfect. However, the techs for Best Buy Total Tech installed it improperly so the door does not open all the way. I called and was told "too bad" as it wasn't their fault....
