    Started blowing the breaker right after the contractor install it. Had a incredible time trying to get Samsung to even schedule a service call to get it checked out. Would not recommend anyone purchase this product.

    Dies after 10sec of microwaving.

    Had to return. Microwave would stop and reset the readout after about 10sec of operation. Ordered a new one due to the Tuscan color match with our other appliances. Fingers crossed…..

    Fire hazard

    We had the Samsung microwave in Tuscan for about 2 years and 8mo. About a year ago- it would start locking itself. No one around… all by itself. Then the clock would change. All by itself. This past week it turned on all by itself!! It was set to 99:99 and running!!! Thank God i was home and heard it. Otherwise we probably would have had a fire. We know it’s out of warranty and unsure what to do. We have it unplugged now…. Having this Tuscan color only leaves you to re-buy the same microwave. So Idon’t recommend it. I have it 2 stars cause we got a 2 years and 8 mo out of it. Could be worse?!
