I kept getting an error code. I gave Thai a lower rating in quality because what we experienced with the last unit. the numbers on the screen actually wear of completely just from normal use. When I told service this, then said the had no answer. So, on this new one we have actually put clear nail polish on Somme of the numbers to hopefully prevent them from disappearing.

Loud venting

It functions very well and has plenty of down-light for my range. My only compliant, not giving it 5 stars, is the vent is very loud. Even as I have it on low and vent outside, it is too loud to have conversation. On a side note, the Tuscan Stainless is amazing color and blends in with many cabinet and countertops. I love that it changes slightly with light variations

Its at three years old today and im tired of messing around with this going to buy a new microwave but jot a samsung brand.

It has a lot of features and setting ls that are hard to figure out without some research online or in the owners manual (like setting the clock for example that's my reason for taking a star off). We do love the handle inside the door and installation was pretty easy since I was able to use the same mounting points and rear bracket from the previous microwave.

Great auto popcorn button! Filter fit not so good

I was surprised that the buttons didn't start microwave for minutes to match # pressed as almost all newer microwaves do. The popcorn button can't be beat. Cons: filter doesn't seem to fit and does not latch into position. The front doesn't match the indentation that it appears to be designed to fit into.

WE love that it gives us more counter space. Love the look of it and the so many different functions for reheating, cooking or heating. the vent fan has 4 different speed too!

We love the sleek look and size. It was an adjustment to get one without a handle, but we are so glad we did. We are updating all appliances to the Brown finish.
