I Love the "lock" feature. I gave it 4 stars only because when you are cooking something on your stove and using the microwave at the same time, the exhaust fan will not run on high. That was an issue as I was boiling water in a large pot, that only fits on the front burners. The entire front of the microwave was completely covered in sweat. My kitchen was designed for a low profile microwave over the stove so I am having my cabinets retrofitted to accommodate the extra large microwave. That's how much I wanted this color.

But, that makes the door much wider than normal and my wife actually hit herself in the head when she opened the door. You need to get used to stepping back a bit or leaning your head out of the way. Here was no user manual included! There was no clear way to set the cook temp percentage. I had to call Samsung and spent an hour on the phone because the customer service rep could not find the info. Eventually she emailed me a link to an owners manual.
