I was able to find a replacement for my 17-year-old LG OTR microwave. Brought it home, the next day I used it, to cook a Potato, it immediately had an error code C10 and did not cook the potato. Didn’t pay to close attention thinking I needed to read the Manual. As the work week begun, I used the MO to heat up an TV Entrée or reheat a cup of coffee by entering the time needed manually. By the end of the week, I went to use the casserole feature. This function did not heat up the casserole instead the error code C10 appeared. Took the time to read up on the code to find out the gas sensor was bad. Called Samsung to verify there is an existing problem. I choose to return the MO within the 15-day grace period back to Best Buy as I didn’t want the headache of a new item already needing service. Plus, I read too many negative reviews about Samsung appliances.
