I love that it doesn’t have a handle, which makes it really sleek, just took a bit of getting used to. I do miss some of the quick functions that my old microwave had. Reheating a cup of coffee or something was just a touch of one button, and with this it is two. Overall the quality and style are wonderful.

I purchased this microwave along with refrigerator, cooking range and dishwasher. I love the slick look (all appliances I purchased have no handles). But more importantly, digital panel requires only gentle touch. The function itself is very powerful, 30sec-1min heats up the item very nice.

Controls are a little convoluted and took some time to learn. Cooks very well in about 60% of the time I am accustomed. Vibrates slightly after 80 seconds of cooking. Contacts click when changing power level during cooking cycle. Have only had for a week and am not sure if this clicking is an issue.

The finish is great. the air vent could be stronger

We purchased this product in Dec-2019 and got it installed in Mar-2020. Initial delivery of this product was wrong with a different color but once returned that item and getting the right color, we have been enjoying this microwave very much. It has very soft touch buttons which we all love in the house.

Just recently purchased and, so far, so good! It's not a convection like the last Samsung microwave we bought 1 year ago, but it's nice! Bought the Samsung Tuscan kitchen suite, so everything looks very nice in our kitchen!

Easy instillation very large cooking area. Only issue was a cosmetic dent on the top back but does not affect operation or looks when installed.

I finally received the matching microwave set...it is gorgeous...it only took 3 reschedules to finally get. That was very disappointing...

Nice looking and works well! Love the LED light over the stove. Spacious enough to fit anything we need. No more burned popcorn over here!

This microwave is not only gorgeous to look at it has a lot of options! From reheating to defrosting this will do it all!

I like the Samsung microwave without a handle. It looks great above the range. I like the Cooking Guide Label on the inside that details the Sensor Cooking and Cooking Presets.

Another appliance store sold me the 4 piece Samsung kitchen... but couldn't provide this microwave... Best buy came through.. and same price..delivered.

Love the look of this microwave and I really want to like it, but from the beginning it makes an odd, loud noise in the motor area. The noise doesn’t occur every time we use it, I’d say it does it about half the time. Have tried testing it with and without the plate with the same results. I will be contacting the Geek Squad or Samsung to address the issue, hope to get it resolved because it goes great in our kitchen and matches the other appliances.
