However the first one came damaged or was damaged by the installers. The new one that came today is leaning forward and looks ridiculous because the installers said that they aren't allowed to do "certain things" (I guess do their job properly) so we were left with a leaning microwave that we will either have to fix ourselves or have someone else come out and do for us. Which we already paid for an install once... now we have to do again with another company to do this properly???

It sat for little over two month while waiting for my kitchen remodel. I used it for about 2 months and it suddenly stopped working. I called for a warranty repair and they sent someone out after about two weeks. The technician said it must have been dropped prior to delivery (despite having no exterior damage) and they will not cover it. It's beyond the 45 day return for Best Buy so now I have to buy a new microwave.
