May not be the case for everyone. I really enjoy it and have been a fan of Samsung ever since we got the Bespoke fridge and are extremely happy with that as well.

The first time they brought the wrong model. The installer was great. He left me with the wrong model and put in an order for the one I actually wanted. A week later the new one arrived, only again, it was the wrong model. At this point, since the price was the same. I just decided to stick with it and call it a day. Just for the heck of it I went back to the store to see the model that I selected and lo and behold, it has been removed from the showroom floor. I have no problems with the microwave. It was only the exterior style that was different. The one I ordered had an all glass front panel. The one I got had a stainless steel trim.

They do wipe clean easily but…. I haven’t tried the auto cycles like melting butter but that is appreciated and is listed on the door. Setting the am/pm was a challenge with no explicit directions in the supplied manual. Does look sleek.
