    The microwave was missing parts Best Buy said the would send a technician to bring parts and install and the have not called to set up appointment. Very disappointed in service.

    Terrible microwave. Dark on the inside. Light is dim and you see nothing. Whoever designed this microwave is a total idiot

      The microwave is dark inside, as this is necessary to keep the microwave energy inside the microwave. It is required for both the operation of the oven and for safety. If it were not there, the energy would not stay in the microwave oven and wouldn't cook your food.
       
      Additionally, if your microwave light is dim, we recommend checking that nothing is blocking the light and that you haven't left the microwave door open for an extended period. For more details, please check the link in your user manual. Turn to page 37, "Troubleshooting (The interior light is dim or does not turn on), and page 33, "Replacing the oven light."

    We purchased this range and the matching microwave and less than a year later we have replaced the microwave once and now both the new microwave AND range have stopped working! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

    My wife wanted it to match the new stove. Got installed on 12/11/24. Died on 12/20/24. No service tech for over a week. Store cant help unless I use my protection plan. Then Id have to buy a new protection plan

    2nd Samsung Microwave failed!

    Model ME21M706BAS. Purchased through Home Depot 12/2/23 and delivered/installed 12/9/23. We called 11/22/24 to Samsung and did a phone and video to show the problems of the machine not working. It was less than 1 year, and was under full warranty. We were told we'd be contacted within 48 hours, ticket 4178851858. 11/26/24 I called and texted that we had no contact and were given the vendor's phone number for the repair. The vendor did not call and 11/27/24, I called and the repair was scheduled 12/3/24. The vendor claimed the microwave was repaired, but the microwave failed 12/4/24. We called the vendor and he was to come back out on 12/10 to fix the problem. He no-showed and no called 12/10. We called numerous times and he did not answer and did not return calls. We called Samsung again 12/12 and was issued ticket 5134878073 for an elevated assistance on the repair. The return phone message was lost due to "operator error" but I texted the number and got no response. I called again 12/16 as a follow up since I did not receive a call or text from the last contact. A ticket, 4179103570, was issued but the work order says the repair was out of warranty and they would be out 12/24/24. I called Samsung 12/16 and explained it was the same problem from 11/22 and was still under warranty. There was no update to the work order so I called Samsung 12/19 and was issued a new ticket, 5134907459 by manager Kaye, and she cancelled the work order. 12/21/24, the elevated group contacted me and told me a service provider will be with me in 1-2 business days. That would be 12/23 or 12/24. That means that the repair will not happen until after Christmas. That is the second holiday, I will not have a microwave. If the prior work order was not cancelled, I could have had the appliance for Christmas when the service provider would come out on 12/24/ 24. I cancelled other events to be available for the appointments and spent hours on the phone with the call center.

    Purchased this to replace the broken cafe microwave. But the instructions are lacking. No where is the information about how to set the clock. We just had the time changed. So old time is still on the screen.
