Sadly we purchased and installed our new microwave and only after a two hour installation did we realize there was a dent underneath and the light glass is totally missing. I called and was told I had to bring it back and get a new one by the overseas help desk! NEVER AGAIN BEST BUY!

This microwave works perfectly and heats food evenly and quickly. It has a sleek, modern design that looks great in my kitchen and is very easy to use. The size is ideal for everyday use, and the controls are clear and responsive. Overall, it offers great performance and excellent quality for the price. I highly recommend it.

This microwave looks sleek and was easy for us to install ourselves. It takes a bit to get used to the full-width door and the different style control pad, but we've been happy with its performance so far. The white LED light underneath is much better than the yellow incandescent bulb our old unit had, and the exhaust fan is a much nicer noise level with three intensity settings

Awesome. Love the look and performance. We were a little concerned at first with the interior light. It gets a little hot but this was during installation and we had the door open removing plastic wrap.

I loved it, easy to install, usage options are well specified on the door and excellent price.

I recently bought a Samsung microwave and I’m really impressed with how well it performs. The interior light is bright and clear, making it easy to see the food while it’s cooking without having to open the door. It’s also much quieter than my old microwave, with a soft and smooth sound when running that doesn’t disturb the room. The filter fans are powerful enough to pull out steam and odors effectively, but they aren’t overwhelmingly loud, even on the higher settings. I also really like the overall design it has a clean, modern look with a nice shape that fits in well with the rest of my kitchen appliances.

Beautiful microwave. It's huge! Very easy to use. We love the buttons on the front and the simplicity of the layout. My wife is not a fan of the "quick touch" buttons typical on many microwaves (i.e. pressing buttons 1-6 starts the microwave for that many minutes). This microwave does not do that! You hit the numbers you want and then hit start and it does what you wanted! That's how we like it! We use the microwave over the stove, so the exhaust fan is used whenever we cook. Some may complain about the noise. The fan has several modes, the lowest of which is decently quiet, but of course, going to the highest settings gets progressively louder. I've never met a powerful exhaust fan that doesn't make a healthy noise, and this one is pretty powerful, so it totally doesn't bother me, nor my wife. If I want to exhaust my cooktop, I expect fan noise!

I’ve been using my Samsung microwave for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a reliable and convenient appliance. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits nicely in my kitchen without taking up too much counter space. The touch controls are easy to use, and I like the different preset cooking options—they make reheating or defrosting simple.

Sleek, works great. Shows finger prints like crazy. Arrived dented on the side which was very frustrating.

I bought this microwave oven to go with my new Samsung electrice oven. It matches prrfectly. Very spacious and sleek looking. Recommended cooking times and temps on the inside panel is very helpful. Warms food perfectly everytime. My only reservation is the door closing mechanism is clunky and loud. Could be smoother and quiter. Otherwise, a good oven overall.

Honestly this microwave it's great and beautiful..

We love this microwave. It works great, it looks sharp, install was easy. Our only issue is that the vent doesn’t really work well at all. It will draw steam towards it, somewhat, but really only on high. Other than that, we are extremely happy with this purchase.

bought this to replace another from same manufacturer due to age and grease accumulation that killed the old one. Installation took just 30 minutes and it works fine.

This is a very nice looking microwave. It has a beautiful, modern design with no bulky outside handle. It works great. I like the darker interior. The only downfall is the fingerprints that are by the door handle. They are easy enough to clean
