This is a big microwave and works well. The fan has 4 speeds, which is nice, but it does slow down when the microwave is cooking something. The controls really should be backlit so that they are easier to view. Overall though it works well and looks great.

This microwave is great. It looks perfect above my new range. I'm not sure that I know how to operate everything on it yet. I especially wonder what I can do with the wi-fi connectivity? Perhaps if I put something like fresh veggies in the microwave, I can cook them so that they are ready to eat when I get home from work? I need to investigate the possibilities!

I was looking for something simpke and good , and I find what I was looking for with this product

Had a samsung before and it was terrible so i was hesitant to purchase another samsung but this works way better and is very easy to use. Lets see how it last

I’m giving my review a three stars, not because of the product itself, but because Best Buy screwed up two times. The first time they brought the wrong model. The installer was great. He left me with the wrong model and put in an order for the one I actually wanted. A week later the new one arrived, only again, it was the wrong model. At this point, since the price was the same. I just decided to stick with it and call it a day. Just for the heck of it I went back to the store to see the model that I selected and lo and behold, it has been removed from the showroom floor. I have no problems with the microwave. It was only the exterior style that was different. The one I ordered had an all glass front panel. The one I got had a stainless steel trim.

This is a wonderful microwave and so good looking. Works perfectly too.

This state of the art microwave was real deal. It is large, ceramic inside and modern. All the controls are touchscreen right in front. It also has the WiFi option that integrates with the SmartThings app where you can set many settings and control notifications using your smartphone. I replaced my previous Samsung microwave so the installation was pretty simple.

Very funcional, the only thing is the exhaust is very very loud. More than usual.

It’s not a bad microwave. I purchased this as a replacement to a Samsung microwave that no longer worked, because the door would not close. Samsung discontinued a replacement door for that model. I could not get the door closed due to a broken door hook latch key. It turned out not to be the latch key, but the plastic piece inside the door that hold the latch key. I preferred the old microwave. This model is okay, but not as user friendly as the older model.

Unit works as specified and looks great! Installation was without incident.

Sensor cook feature perfectly cooks a hot beverage. Love the interior. The no handle feature makes it looks nice in our kitchen.
