I've had this Microwave installed and used for 3-months and have had no issues. Great quality! I only wish that the buttons were lit up for easy visibility at night.

I’m giving my review a three stars, not because of the product itself, but because Best Buy screwed up two times. The first time they brought the wrong model. The installer was great. He left me with the wrong model and put in an order for the one I actually wanted. A week later the new one arrived, only again, it was the wrong model. At this point, since the price was the same. I just decided to stick with it and call it a day. Just for the heck of it I went back to the store to see the model that I selected and lo and behold, it has been removed from the showroom floor. I have no problems with the microwave. It was only the exterior style that was different. The one I ordered had an all glass front panel. The one I got had a stainless steel trim.

Exactly what we were looking for when our 10 year old microwave stopped working. It was also available in 3 days where everybody else it was at least 10 days.

Works great! Also looks very modern and sleek. The finish is exactly as described

Nice microwave . Easy to clean, but not easy to seectge buttons in low light. Door closes a bit hard. But cooks food well.

This looks great and fits like other standard sized over-the-stove microwaves. One thing we don't like is the defrost does not have a "time" option. You can only do it by weight (which will take a bit of getting used to). But, everything else is wonderful. It's "smart", so you get a phone notification when your food is done (or halfway through defrost to flip), buttons are pretty easy to get used to. So, far, I love it. Haven't used the "popcorn" button, yet. But, I will...soon. and then I'll update if necessary.

Great microwave. Really pleased with the ease of use. And the installation was so quick. The installers were quick and took care of all the packaging and old microwave. We chose the microwave and within a few days….the installation..could not have been happier!

This microwave was exactly what I was looking for. It's sleek, easy to use, and cooks great. The installer was terrific -- friendly, efficient, and spotted an issue with the installation of the vent on the microwave being replaced. He solved it.

Decent microwave. Enjoy that it isnt white inside. Does keep fingerprints like crazy though. Doesnt really match the fridge it's packaged with either.

Very Nice! Love the blue interior. Quality built microwave. Wifi pings you when meal is warmed up or cooked. Replaced our 15-year-old Samsung 9that was still working) when we remodeled our kitchen and the style blends perfectly.

does the job heats up food light and fans work as well

I love this product. Easy to operate with sleek look. Very easy to clean and the shortcut to operate the microwave is awesome.

This thing is huge! Incredibly good looking, very responsive buttons, rather intuitive interface.

No complaints, wouldn’t mind if the clock light was dimmed and the clock light on the stove and microwave were the same.

Samsung is always my #1 choice, I like the design, tech speciation. It meet all my expectation. Thanks
