    No suction over the stove whatsoever for exhaust. One half of the suction won't even hold up a piece of paper, the other does but it doesnt move any steam through the unit and through the exhaust. Apparently this is a common issue with all Samsung microwaves I wasn't familiar with before purchasing. Poor engineering, littered with holes allowing suction from areas that aren't intended. The exhaust fan on top is definitely powerful but doesn't matter if it's not pulling air from where it's supposed to. I have had to set up a fan to blow through my kitchen just so moisture doesn't accumulate on the front of my microwave while cooking. Literally took the whole microwave apart trying to limit air intake from other areas but I definitely cannot recommend. Frustrating as this item was in stock and I didn't receive my other appliances for a month after so I can't return this.     We are very pleased with our Samsung microwave that matches our Samsung oven. We were so impressed with the installers, Scott and Brendan, as they were professional and did an exceptional job. There should be more like them.

    Buying from best buy is always great. Ordered online and I'm very pleased we received it just 3 days later. Works perfect, as it should, and looks good. I really like that the touch controls are very responsive and the light under the microwave is a cool daylight color, not a warm white, which when turned on brightens the area very well. The only negative is that i couldn't get it to connect to the electric range for the auto connectivity feature. Not a big deal. Still love it, and highly recommend.

    We had a 10 year older version of this same microwave but with a handle. This one is soo much better. The touch screen works a million times better and I love the clean sleekness of the flat unobstructed face. The older model and this one both have the enamel interior which makes it a dream to clean. Great microwave!
