Also fan speed settings 1 - 4 does not operate correctly. It stays on high no matter the setting. Getting a technician is very hard AND they won't remove or install so just more expense if you can't do it your self.

Installed beautifully, works great, BUT the item is defective, so am waiting for a replacement microwave.

Very unhappy

It takes longer to heat and cook things in this new microwave than the 10 year old one it replaced. It does cook evenly, it just takes longer. I tried sensor cooking fresh vegetables once. It overcooked them to near mush. There are no 'express' buttons to instantly start it for 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. When you are setting the timer the word 'start' flashes, as if it's directing you to press start to run the timer. Nope, you press 'OK' to run the timer. Also, if you already have the timer running you can't set or start the microwave to cook something. I am returning this and getting a different brand.

Coming from an old shool microwave to this one is a bit of a learning curve but worth it. The learning curve is less about the setting up and app and more about how long to leave my food in there. It heats up my food so fast when compared to my last microwave. I love the look of it and i like that the buttons are on the bottom of it as opposed to the side since it is an over-the-range.
