    We had a 10 year older version of this same microwave but with a handle. This one is soo much better. The touch screen works a million times better and I love the clean sleekness of the flat unobstructed face. The older model and this one both have the enamel interior which makes it a dream to clean. Great microwave!

    The finger print resistance is not true - must wipe regularly. Also fan speed settings 1 - 4 does not operate correctly. It stays on high no matter the setting. Getting a technician is very hard AND they won't remove or install so just more expense if you can't do it your self.

    I am very unhappy and disappointed with this microwave. It takes longer to heat and cook things in this new microwave than the 10 year old one it replaced. It does cook evenly, it just takes longer. I tried sensor cooking fresh vegetables once. It overcooked them to near mush. There are no 'express' buttons to instantly start it for 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. When you are setting the timer the word 'start' flashes, as if it's directing you to press start to run the timer. Nope, you press 'OK' to run the timer. Also, if you already have the timer running you can't set or start the microwave to cook something. I am returning this and getting a different brand.
