    Buying from best buy is always great. Ordered online and I'm very pleased we received it just 3 days later. Works perfect, as it should, and looks good. I really like that the touch controls are very responsive and the light under the microwave is a cool daylight color, not a warm white, which when turned on brightens the area very well. The only negative is that i couldn't get it to connect to the electric range for the auto connectivity feature. Not a big deal. Still love it, and highly recommend.

    This would have been a 5 Star except for two things - I purchased “open box”, but the rep never checked the contents. The glass turntable plate was missing. I have to order from Amazon and wound up spending what would have been full price anyway
