    Overall a good product. The only thing is that because of the location of all the buttons, there's a smaller view of the things inside. Especially if you are not tall, you may be able to see nothing.

    I am very pleased with my Samsung microwave purchase. I own other Samsung products and I am very happy with them also. The installer from Best Buy was also very efficient and clean in his work. For these reasons I give Best Buy 5 stars on this project.

    The product seems to work well but in the installation templates for outside vent has you cut a 4” by 12” hole then try to seal the hole with a 3 1/4” by 10” size vent the instructions calls for.

The template is designed to provide extra clearance during installation, which can help with positioning and fitting the vent components securely. The 4" x 12" opening allows space around the 3¼" x 10" duct to accommodate adjustments, connectors, or sealing materials, especially when aligning everything with the wall or cabinetry.
