How bad is it i only have it for two years that’s all I will not buy anymore samsung

Dead On Arrival

The microwave was dead out of the box. We tried the minimal troubleshooting listed in the guide and on the Samsung website (Is it plugged in? Have you flipped your breaker? Have you tried another outlet? Did you unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in?) None of them address that it's a manufacturing defect. Best Buy will of course not accept responsibility as it's outside of the two week replacement window and Samsung is not responding. Complete waste of time and money.

Samsung microwave needs more room to open door

The Alexa connection is kinda pointless. She can tell you when timer is done but can't turn on or off the range light or fan?!?

Stops working after 6 months

It’s been very annoying. We called the Samsung customer service and they’re coming next week.
