    I wouldn’t recommend this microwave to anyone Samsung microwave is bad it het out very quickly that was the second one for me and they want to charge me $350 to fix because im out of warranty. How bad is it i only have it for two years that’s all I will not buy anymore samsung

    Purchased prior to the holidays and had to wait for a contractor to install it after the holidays. The microwave was dead out of the box. We tried the minimal troubleshooting listed in the guide and on the Samsung website (Is it plugged in? Have you flipped your breaker? Have you tried another outlet? Did you unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in?) None of them address that it's a manufacturing defect. Best Buy will of course not accept responsibility as it's outside of the two week replacement window and Samsung is not responding. Complete waste of time and money.

    We love the new microwave! Except keep in mind that when you open the door of the microwave it requires an additional 2 inches of room to open it all the way!

    The Samsung over the range microwave with sensor cooking and wifi connectivity is by far the best i had, technically nice, good features for an over the range microwave, connect with my phone with no issue.

    Great Microwave. Fan is strong and has a coal cartridge filter. The Alexa connection is kinda pointless. She can tell you when timer is done but can't turn on or off the range light or fan?!?

    Worked great for six months but then now every time we try to microwave for more than two minutes it just shuts down and then we have to take the plug off and then plug it in again to reset it to start. It’s been very annoying. We called the Samsung customer service and they’re coming next week.
