    I love the modern look and most functionality. However, I dislike the inability to reheat my coffee using the beverage setting or any other setting except for 1:45 cook time. Samsung what were you thinking when you didn’t consider this basic function?

    The product seems to work well but in the installation templates for outside vent has you cut a 4” by 12” hole then try to seal the hole with a 3 1/4” by 10” size vent the instructions calls for.

The template is designed to provide extra clearance during installation, which can help with positioning and fitting the vent components securely. The 4" x 12" opening allows space around the 3¼" x 10" duct to accommodate adjustments, connectors, or sealing materials, especially when aligning everything with the wall or cabinetry.

    We love the new microwave! Except keep in mind that when you open the door of the microwave it requires an additional 2 inches of room to open it all the way!

    Great Microwave. Fan is strong and has a coal cartridge filter. The Alexa connection is kinda pointless. She can tell you when timer is done but can't turn on or off the range light or fan?!?

    Enjoying the microwave. The WiFi is really unnecessary, for me anyways. The sensor cooking doesn’t seem to be working well for me but maybe I will have some time to mess around with it some day.

    I wouldn’t recommend this microwave to anyone Samsung microwave is bad it het out very quickly that was the second one for me and they want to charge me $350 to fix because im out of warranty. How bad is it i only have it for two years that’s all I will not buy anymore samsung
