This is a great refrigerator. It's roomy, well lit, and very quiet. It's also very attractive. The stainless steel does not show fingerprints like my last refrigerator. The only thing I don't like is that the shelves on the door are not adjustable, but they are very roomy, and large enough to accommodate bottles of OJ.

This refrigerator is perfect for a relatively tight space in the small kitchen in our older house. The refrigerator is sleek and attractive, and the space is well organized for storing lots of food in a tight spot. The shelves and drawers are logically placed, and the shelves are easy to adjust. The freezer is especially well designed with capacity in mind. This was definitely good value for money and perfect for our needs.

First the exterior is truly finger print/smudge proof stainless. Very happy with the look and ease of cleaning. The interior is perfect for me. I would like one more door shelf, however the door shelves are very sturdy and will easily hold a gallon of milk or two. I am used to have the light in the back, the LED in the front is sufficient to light the interior. The freezer is big enough for me. I don't use the ice maker and would prefer to remove it, maybe after the warranty is expired.... Overall it's a good unit, as quiet as my previous unit, constructed well and looks good.

We do not like the fact that the doors do not close by themselves unless you open the door all the way to 90 degrees. Also do not like the slide and reach pantry because it is too deep and narrow. We do like the produce drawers and the ice maker. Runs quiet.

Well first of all what I consider very important, energy use. I've been using it over a month, it actually uses less electricity than it's "rating", I have it plugged in to a kill-a-watt device, it uses less than a kilowatt hour per day. I have the freezer set to 0 to -5F, the refrigerator to 36F. The ice maker, can be on or off. Electronic control, not manual. If on keeps the bin full. But for me, if keeping bin full the newer ice will always be on the top. So I turn it off when full, use ice until tray gets very low, then turn back on. That way I always have "fresh" ice. What I don't like, there is not what I would call a normal "meat/cheese" bin/drawer. Instead there is a tray right under the freezer that runs the complete width of the fridge. So cannot put gallons/half gallons of milk whatever on the top shelf (or any shelf with standard shelf arrangement). Have to put on door shelves. I myself like all my "jugs/cartons" on the top shelf. The "tray" can be partially removed, the slide out part at least, the swing door maybe not, I had to tape it up. The top of the fridge, I like flat. This one is raised by the ice maker. Also raised right behind the door, all the way across, the electronics used to control the fridge/freezer are in the raised part. I do prefer a completely flat top of fridge. All electronic vs manual controls, we shall see. Seems something else that could burn out. Also interior light is not replaceable, would need service. Overall good, especially energy use. The coated stainless seems to resist smudges too. This replaced a near 20 year old fridge so maybe many of the "features" I am not thrilled with are standard on current type models.

Plenty of room, looks excellent, runs very quietly. Two things I wish I knew before are 1) a new refrigerator should sit for 12 hours before plugging in 2) it takes a couple days before it starts running smoothly and maintains the right temperature. But this is a great refrigerator and I'm glad I got it.

It’s been great. Much needed. It was for a single mother of 4 in need and has gone without for 8months. Another doner stocked the frig and I bought it and everyone shed some tears for this beautiful mama just trying to have ice and freeze some food to save money. Thank you for being apart of such a wonderful heartwarming event in her life. Oh and the delivery and set up guys! Amazing as well. So kind. I would recommend.

This is a great fridge and has lots of room for everything we need. Definitely a great buy and has a modern look and feel!

Had to rush and get a replacement for my dying fridge. Saw this and heard Samsung was a good brand and not disappointed at all. Bigger than my old fridge and quieter.

Bought this refrigerator for my daughter and she loves. Excellent freezer that gives you options for use. She likes the no handles to open and close the doors they just seem to get in the way. She has a very small kitchen so they don’t stick out in the way. Also gives the fridge a nice clean look. Never had a flexZone fridge before and neither has she. So looking forward to seeing the difference. Overall I give refrigerator a star.

I bought it as a gift for my friend and his family liked it, This refrigerator comes in decent price range (neither very expensive nor very cheap comparing similar products of its looks and size). It is beautiful from outside and very spacious from inside and very easy going in terms of use (no extra features to make it confusing). It has built-in inverter technology and hope it will reduce the electric bill too.

If you prefer a fridge with the freezer on top this is a great buy for you. A bonus is if you need extra fridge space you can use the option to turn the top freezer into a fridge compartment. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that with the light in the front, the back of the shelves are a little dim. If Samsung could add a rear light it would be perfect.

Fits perfect in my kitchen freezer has ample space

Our fridge broke down in the middle of the night and we were happy as we had wanted to upgrade for sometime. This Samsung fridge was exactly what we wanted. We have had it for a little over 1.5 years and we have no complaints! Also, the fridge came 3 days after we ordered which was great!

Looks good with sort of fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Quiet. Freezer spacious and functions great, unfortunately, at the expense of the refrigerator. Shelving options allow for a lot of small things but not very good for larger items, milk jug, bottles. Very difficult to arrange or see things. Must bend over a lot. Door shelves large but stuff shifts, clanks and rattles when opening and closing door sometimes preventing door closure. Refrigerator could stand to be a couple degrees cooler.

Ref was price right, looks great, fits everything that I need and more.

I needed to upgrade to a larger fridge, but needed to stay under 69” high and didn’t want it to stick out so far in kitchen. This Samsung fit the bill. Great looking and has an ice maker to boost. Very happy with this fridge.

This fridge is very nice it has a pretty big freezer and also it makes ice the fridge is really big and it has a extra drawer that pulls out so beautiful I love it
