We shopped several big box retailers and Best Buy had the best price, plus the sales person mentioned that they guaranteed their low price a time period and told us they had a sale coming up and she'd call us if we'd save money and several hundred dollars was taken off our already low price 2 weeks later. The delivery and installation personnel were great. My wife likes the sleek front and the material which doesn't show finger prints. We like the large shelves in the doors which means easier access especially to frequently used items like milk. One feature I wish it had is a water filter for the ice maker. I wish on the directions it would mention that it would take 24 hours before the ice maker would function; this led to our call to customer service who put us in contact with the installer who explained the 24 hour period. Overall we're satisfied. When shopping we found it hard to find a smaller refrigerator that would fit into the small area our custom cabinets provided but this did the job.

Works great so far. Very happy and good space. It is also not very loud.

The fridge itself is fine. We had endless problems with installation by Best Buy. It took 4 trips to finally get someone who could reverse the door on the fridge to the other side due to the layout of our kitchen. So if you are considering this fridge, make sure you note that you need the door reversed when ordering it.

Installer helped navigate this amazing refrigerator. It has large and deep shelves, the refrigerator went to temperature within a short time. The legs had a fabulous feature that all you had to do is twist the legs in position. That bad boy isn't going anywhere. Great storage. Can't wait to see how well this works for our family

I got this fridge when my old LG quit working. I like that the doors are magnetic. I liked the ice maker is included at Best Buy. I bought from Best Buy as competitors did not include the ice maker. Delivery was quick, a couple of days. I like the flex zone.

Very good but hard to put in 1.5 liter sodas. Lots of storage space. Great for ice maker.

Size and look are wonderful. Really like the fingerprint resistance.

Factor settings are working well in the freezer & fridge. We never had a light in our freezer before. This feature helps, but would help more if it faced into the freezer. Ice maker should have auto shut off if the bin is full, this model has to manually be shut off. We like the slide out pantry but the fridge lacks sufficient shelf space because of it. Door shelves are very nice. Overall we really like this refrigerator. This unit is quiet. The only time we hear noise is when the ice maker drops ice. Magnets will work on the outside doors if you want to hang a calendar, etc

I had an issue with the original refrigerator, however, Best Buy/Samsung quickly replaced. The replacement refrigerator is working great. Very pleased with my purchase.

Love it! Fits well, holds everything and I added the ice maker which works great!

Good refrigerator. Bought as a 2nd for our laundry room. Not as quiet as our larger main Samsung but perfect for its use. We love it.

This refrigerator looks nice, It has a thin skin so it can get a dent. It works good and is very cold in the freezer and in the fridge, I could not use the freezer section as a fridge because it would only cool down to 45 degrees F. Works very good as a freezer though. -5F.

works well but door shelves are not high enough. refrig shelves lack enough height to store jars and cans over 6 inches. had to buy turn tables to be able to see and get at things in back!. Freezer is too large for my needs and encroches into what should be refrigerator shelf space. Limited choice due to exterior dimention fitting cabinat openings. works fine, very quiet but wouldn't buy if I realized problems with shelves
