The reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the one problem I had was the computer was bad. When I finally got my new fridge and everything was hooked up, it works great! I’ve only had it for about a month. So far, so good.

I love this refrigerator/freezer. Clean and streamlined. There is a lot of storage soace and easy access. The only thing i would change is placement of deli drawer.

Excellent product and service. Purchased an open box refrigerator with a few small dents. Perfect for our porch. Service for delivery and removal of old refrigerator was outstanding

I love this purchase. Refrigerator is great size for my family of 6. I love how the door has the option to open either one way or the other. Another plus is the freezer converter to a refrigerator.

Moved into a condo and downsized everything including our refrigerator. For 2 of us this refrigerator is plenty big, lots of room in the freezer and overall size was a concern prior to receiving, not an issue. We love it!

My wife and I rarely agree on what we want. However, we were not in the market for a refrigerator, but saw this and at the same time, we looked at each other and said “THIS IS THE ONE!”! We loved the ability to use the freezer as a refrigerator, the solid state compressor, the ease of use, And the versatility of the shelves. Ice maker is a little slow, but does its job. Almost SILENT operation, keeps freezer at -10 and maintains refrigerator at 38, with the ability for each to go colder. hesitate not, this one is a keeper!

I was a little disappointed when I found out the black stainless wasn't available until October, so I bought the regular stainless steel and surprisingly impressed with its look as well. shelving on the inside doors was great.

This unit was actually delivered in December 2020. I'm happy with the capacity and cooling compared with the 35-year-old one it replaced. I was not happy that within a few weeks of accepting delivery, a piece of frozen meat fell on the vent on the front freezer floor and broke off a piece of the plastic! This should have been made more sturdy in view of where it is located. The storage arrangement is good. This is my second/basement refrigerator and it fills the bill!

Bought this fridge last March. Seems to work fine, however there are 2 annoying things about it. First it makes a lot of knocking noises. The owner's manual says it could make a knock noise as the parts expand and contract with temperature changes. Well, it knocks A LOT and loudly! I called Samsung about this and they told me to wait about 3 months for it to stop. Been 5 months now and noisy as ever. Second issue is that the doors must be pushed all the way shut. We have raised the front wheels as far as they will go, but it's still not enough to let the doors swing shut. Never has this problem with all the fidges I've ever owned. I miss my 28 year old fridge I replaced with this one. Wish this one was designed better.

It was bought as a second refrigerator. Has a lot of room in the refrigerator and freezer is a good size for a second frig. It really is made well and looks really expensive at a great price. Best part is not fingerprints!

I was looking for a compact and simple refrigerator. Working great so far and I love the minimal design. I requested a door reversal service and it fits perfectly to my kitchen. I have no complaint.

I like this refrigerator, but there the top shelf does not have enough space for a gallon of milk. They have a retracting portion of the second shelf, but this is a small area. The door shelves do not have sufficient space for all items either. My old fridge shelving could be moved up and down on a rear mounted 1 inch railin. This one has side guides which limit where you can put the shelves. ... Other than that, the unit is good and fit into the space below our cabinet as that was an issue since it was replacing a older style unit.

The freezer has light in it and keeps ice cream frozen solid. The shelf layout takes getting used to, but I like it. Really like the pull out drawer at the top. Set mine up to put the tall items on the bottom shelf. It is noisy, but works great.

If you don't want a refrig with all the bells and whistles like Clear glass doors to see into the fridge, computers and a water and ice on the door then this is for you. Actually I like the simpleness of it. It looks clean and modern. Love it!!!

I purchased this item based on the Consumer Reports review and rating. The best feature is having separate temperature controls for the freezer and refrigerator. You can set each as independent levels. It also is great having LED lights in each compartment. Because my last unit was expiring, I had purchased thermostats which I deployed in the new unit. The temperatures in each compartment have remained constant since installation.

Nice frige and works great. Wish inside set up differently to include another smaller shelf. I would have given up drawer space for the 3rd door shelf. Very happy with fridge with functionality and works great!

When you have to go small because of external dimensions, this is the fridge to get. With the square edges and thin walls, this fridge has a spacious inside that will fit it all.

I needed a refrigerator quick as mine died after 20years of service. It was a side by side was looking to buy the same. Ended up choosing those one as plans to put it in the basement after kitchen remodel. This fridge is awesome! So much more room! Better shelving placement may have remodel the kitchen around it! Bought Black back but it reminds me of stainless steel! No smudging.Pricing was great as so many are wayyy overpriced.
