The reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the one problem I had was the computer was bad. When I finally got my new fridge and everything was hooked up, it works great! I’ve only had it for about a month. So far, so good.

This refrigerator is sleek on the outside, but the interior lacks the structural features that keep contents well-organized. Door shelves are not adjustable; lacks good egg storage. When door closes, all contents of shelves rattle. LED lighting is very dim in lower section. This might be the best box for its size, however. Good for a retrofit to modernize a kitchen's appearance.

Works well so far, freezer gets really cold. No issues so far.

I was a little disappointed when I found out the black stainless wasn't available until October, so I bought the regular stainless steel and surprisingly impressed with its look as well. shelving on the inside doors was great.

This refrigerator has plenty of space top and bottom. I am enjoying the ice maker that was so easy to set up. The finger resistant surface is a great.

it works as advertised but the butter compartment is not adequate. The install and placement was a nightmare but that has little to do with the fridge.

My fridge is against a wall very near a window/windowsill. I had a side by side and hated it because the fridge door wouldn't open far enough. This fridge solves that problem. It makes weird noises (that are normal according to the manual) but is pretty quiet overall. I like that the top can be either fridge or freezer but haven't tried it out as a fridge yet.

Had to take the doors off to get in cause of the bump on back. The delivery drivers lied to me and said it wouldn’t fit it.... let in on my porch. So I took the doors off

Excellent, suction when you shut the fridge door is really solid. Wish the light aimed to the back more.

I needed a refrigerator quick as mine died after 20years of service. It was a side by side was looking to buy the same. Ended up choosing those one as plans to put it in the basement after kitchen remodel. This fridge is awesome! So much more room! Better shelving placement may have remodel the kitchen around it! Bought Black back but it reminds me of stainless steel! No smudging.Pricing was great as so many are wayyy overpriced.

My wife and I were in need of a refrigerator. We looked at a lot of brands and we liked the Samsung because of the LED lights, dark color, sleek design, and the lack of door handles that stick out. Everything worked great. So far we love our Samsung and it looks very modern. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking for fridge that won’t break the bank and modern in design.

I agree with another reviewer. The refrigerator works well and is nice but there is no room on the main shelves for tall bottles. Tall bottles only fit in the door shelves. Otherwise, we're happy.

The freezer has light in it and keeps ice cream frozen solid. The shelf layout takes getting used to, but I like it. Really like the pull out drawer at the top. Set mine up to put the tall items on the bottom shelf. It is noisy, but works great.

If you don't want a refrig with all the bells and whistles like Clear glass doors to see into the fridge, computers and a water and ice on the door then this is for you. Actually I like the simpleness of it. It looks clean and modern. Love it!!!

I purchased this item based on the Consumer Reports review and rating. The best feature is having separate temperature controls for the freezer and refrigerator. You can set each as independent levels. It also is great having LED lights in each compartment. Because my last unit was expiring, I had purchased thermostats which I deployed in the new unit. The temperatures in each compartment have remained constant since installation.
