The refrigerator is the perfect color, texture (shows no finger prints), and size for the office. The price was a big factor. it was well within our budget.

Nice features: fingerproof on door, keeps food fresh, big storage space for vegetables and fruits. Lack enough space for big items, like a gallon container of milk

Seems to work fine so far. Not noisy. Clean stainless finish that seems to stay clean. Love the lack of outside door handles. However the spacing between the internal shelves is ridiculous. Who designed refrig shelves that can only be spaced so that tall items fit on top of the veggie draws at the bottom of the refrig! I constantly have to bend down to retrieve larger items.

The installers dented our fridge with the wraps they used to haul it up the stairs and was told that happens at times ! Not impressed at all with delivery !

I have had this for just over a year and the freezer and the ice maker have just stopped working.

Recommend purchasing this item. Plenty of storage space and very nice addition to our kitchen.

This unit was actually delivered in December 2020. I'm happy with the capacity and cooling compared with the 35-year-old one it replaced. I was not happy that within a few weeks of accepting delivery, a piece of frozen meat fell on the vent on the front freezer floor and broke off a piece of the plastic! This should have been made more sturdy in view of where it is located. The storage arrangement is good. This is my second/basement refrigerator and it fills the bill!

Great product keeps our food cold. It is very quiet, you can barely hear it running. Very happy with this purchase.

Flexzone , I converted top freezer to refrigerator. Will not maintain a cool temperature! Purchased 4 appliance thermometers and constantly registers between 38 and 50°. Called Samsung very nice to deal with ! First repair they upped the temperature control to the coldest setting then registered about 33 ,within two days back to high temperatures again second repair will be done on July 23 we will see what happens! I would not recommend this model !

Product works as it should. Mix up regarding haul away of old fridge but we were able to reschedule for a few days later.

Great refrigerator! Lots of space! A little expensive in my opinion but I see that refrigerators have gone up everywhere.

So far so good. Works well. Smooth install. Shows finger prints a lot. Lots of room in fridge. Like flex Top.

Delivery was on time. Removal of old refrigerator. Spacious. Getting comfortable with the doors.

I was hoping that the larger version of this refrigerator would be taller but it ended up just being wider. I use the top as a refrigerator and it isn't as cold as the bottom. Sometimes the top goes over 40 degrees so I don't keep dairy in the top. Those are the reasons I don't give it five stars. I took the ice maker out since I use it as a garage fridge. It is a good quality refrigerator.

Insufficient interior lighting. Shelf spacing options do not provide enough height.

First new refrigerator in many years. Works great and is beautiful. I love the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel exterior.
