    It's a reasonably nice fridge for the cost. It will beep if you leave the door open, but thankfully it stops on it's own when you are loading in groceries. I'm happy with it.

    The Geek Squad is exchanging the refrigerator for a brand new unit. That is fine with us but it doesn't seem like the best way to do business. I believe a tech could fix this problem quickly.l

    After service is unbelievably bad. I visited 4 times to make correcton. But the correction has not been done.

    Just installed on 5/30 and the ice maker doesn't work. Will need to return and get a different brand. Samsung can make electronics, but their appliances are trash. Stay away!

    This was the worst service I have ever had with any purchase l think l’ve ever made in my lifetime. Horrible service so many mistakes and they horrible wait times to get anyone on the phone to help you . Mind you l had to call maybe 15 times within 3 weeks of a horrible process of trying to remedy the situation . Missed work for delivery that never workout sent wrong guy . I could go on and on.

    Refrigerator is extremely noisy; loud knocking and gurgling. Difficult getting items out of slide pantry. Had 2 delivered and both damaged. Exchanged for an LG. Best Buy graciously let me keep this until new LG is delivered.

    This refrigerator stopped working 1 week after I received it. First the freezer went, then the refrigerator part followed. Another refrigerator was not available for 3 weeks. I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. I ended up returning the refrigerator and buying a different brand.

    When the Geek Squad came out to my house to deliver my new refrigerator, I was so disappointed to learn that the doors were not reversible. I asked and asked again and called the store numerous times to find out the same thing. These doors are not reversible. Thanks. Wm. Jenkins

      Hi there Billyjenki! I'm sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion. Most of our refrigerator doors are not able to be reversed due to the ice maker and water dispensers. However, for this specific model, the doors actually can be reversed. You can even find complete step by step instructions on how to reverse the doors beginning on page 35 of the User Manual (https://bit.ly/2JFaggu). ^Jecca Samsung

    The shelves are ridiculous. Only two are really available, as the third only gives a few inches of room. The refrigerator just seems cheaply made. Very disappointed.
