We had to return another brand due to its loud humming. We were nervous about having similar issues but took a gamble on this brand/model. Happy with the size as bigger than our previous refrigerator. The LED light is located in front so can be dark in the back, but not a deal breaker. Have to put milk or taller items in the door. You can rearrange shelves but would have one very short shelf then. Love the fingerprintless material yet magnetic for grandchildren's art work. Other than mild humming when it is cooling and the sound of the ice cube maker rotating when making ice, this model is very quiet. We have an open floor plan and this item is just a few yards from where we sit. We've only had this for a week but so far it is great! Also, we were notified of delivery/date, etc several times by tele/text/email. Deliverymen were quick and professional.

Ordered Mid July and backordered twice now. MAYBE it will show up mid September?? Totally unimpressed. We have a small space and a French door monster won’t fit.

My purchase date is March 28, 2022. I am still fighting for complete installation.

This is a great refrigerator but is very small. Best Buy allowed me to exchange.

Had this for about a month and it's a pleasure to use. It has more space, especially on the door bins, so I can put a gallon jug of milk in them. The door stays open until I push to close it. It beeps if I leave it open too long. There is a pullout plastic tray at the top of the refrigerated section that is high enough to put a lot of things I normally would have put on the shelves below it. The freezer has controls on top so I can adjust things like the temperature. It was also a reasonable price at about $1000 on sale. The stainless steel front looks great and seems to be fingerprint resistant. Samsung is also a top brand in refrigerators according to Consumer reports.

Very loud for new fridge sounds like it’s breaking

I just want to start by saying, Samsung products are the best!! That being said, I just received my Samsung frige, and oh my god was I pleasantly surprised on how spacious it is. I wanted a big fridge but I did not expect this beauty to have so space.so much room. Thank you Best buy and Samsung. The installation was quick and no dents to the frige like the previous comments noted. Im so pleased all around. If your debating, dont think twice. Youll love the looks, quality, space, and AMAZING customer service that comes with it.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over 3 years. It is much more energy efficient than our prior frig, but slightly smaller. So far, it has been pretty reliable. The only significant issues we have encountered are with the plastic door shelves. The shelves in the refrigerator both have issues. The top one is partially cracked on the bottom of the shelf - still seems strong, but cracked enough for any spilled water to seep through. The bottom shelf has a major crack/separation on the left side and a replacement shelf has just been ordered. Hopefully it does not totally fail before arrival of the replacement shelf. The shelving material in general is a weak spot for these units. if not for the shelf issues, I would give this 4 1/2 stars. Still pleased with the purchase overall

Better than basic but not fancy. Spacious but not a lot of space for tall bottles. Installers would not reverse doors upon delivery. Followup team couldn't do it either AND killed the interior lights and now 'open door' alarm sounds almost constantly. Third team reversed doors, but couldn't fix the lights or alarm.

I cannot believe that for this kind of money - a) you cannot adjust the shelves on the door - b) there are no split shelves in main fridge compartment - c) the top two shelves in fridge are almost exactly the same height - d) only one shelf in the freezer - a 1/2 shelf would have been very nice. The unit has a lot of storage, but you cannot fit a milk container on any shelf but on the door unless you take out a shelf.

Awesome fridge! I was able to flip the door around with ease! Easy to clean. Its a good fit for our needs for a family of four. The door seals with gusto and I like the sleek look of no handle. Honestly its the cleanest looking fridge. Im over the fancy newer fridges. This is perfect.

I've had this 2 weeks and just love it. It's sleek (no handles sticking out!); the black stainless is amazing looking - love the lights and how big the freezer is. My only wish is that the refrigerator were configured differently. My old, cheap smaller fridge was easily able to store all condiments on the door and hold all wine bottles on top shelf but this is set up to not make that possible. On wheels to easily slide out for cleaning underneath - quiet. happy with purchase

Product is fine. After nearly four years, it failed. When we called Best Buy we were told that they didn’t service Samsung. When we called Samsung, they told us there was no service in Flathead County. BE SURE ABOUT SERVICE AVAILABILITY BEFORE YOU BUY!

Works great. Freezer is plenty cold.... even at lowest setting... pull out drawer is nice, but the location makes it a little awkward. Over all I'd say it's a great product... great price...

Really good refrigerator. Very spacious both freezer and bottom cooler.

* I'm on my second one since the first one rattled loudly within 2 days A basic fridge and it gets the job done. Comparing to many other fridges of the same size, this one seemed like it was the best choice. I came with an ice maker and freezer light that many other brands don't offer anymore. The dual zone temp control is cool feature that allows you to turn the freezer into a fridge but I doubt that'll ever be used. It can be quiet at times but other times it buzz and has some rattling sound. Not so loud that it's bad but audible when the room is quiet. The main drawbacks of this fridge are the shelving space and the temperature range. The shelves are adjustable but only a little bit. The bottom shelf can only go high enough for a gallon bottle, and you're stuck with two other shelves with about 6 in in between and a top pull out drawer. There's space for bottles and cartons on the door but it gets heavy and the plastic shelves on the door doesn't seem like it'll hold that much weight. My 15 yr old fridge had much better options for the shelves. The biggest negative is the temperature. At max setting, it fluctuates around 38 - 40 degree which isn't that cold especially at max setting.

Overall this was a very good value with the included icemaker; the black stainless looks great and does pretty well resisting fingerprints. Could be a little colder - even at the highest setting it's not quite as cold as i would prefer. My one complaint is a big one, though - the designers at Samsung somehow thought it was a good idea to have the exact same button serve two very different functions. If you push on the freezer button for one second and release, the temperature setting in the freezer goes down. BUT, if you push the same button for 3 seconds, the freezer switches over to refrigerator mode. This is an insane control bug and it cost me the first $50 worth of frozen food (including ice cream - what a mess) that I put in the freezer when I tried to lower the temp and instead wound up RAISING the temp about 20 degrees
