The clunker

Very noise - poor light in fridge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit has made so much noise the repair guy has been here twice. He was useless. Wants me to record sound with pictures of doors open and closed. By the time you do this the video is to large to send. During his second visit he took the back of the fridge, then the back of the inside of freezer, and continued to take the back of the inside of the fridge. He took pictures. Was in a very big hurry for me to empty everything out. Nothing has been done. He was a waste of time. The bangs, pops, crackling are as loud as ever. As soon as I am able to purchase a different fridge I will. My 20 year old whirlpool never made this much racket. I believe this is a cheep produce. And the light in the fridge does not light up the shelves so you can see anything that is not on the very front 2 inches. Don't waste your money

Friends and family don't shop Best Buy

He said they will respond to me within 24 hours and that's been since July 7th and I haven't heard from him since. I reached out to them twice. Waiting for the claim adjuster it does not take this long. This whole process is unacceptable.

Failed after 3 years.

Tooo compact, I like freezer but that is about it. The exterior looks good, but the overall set up inside is horrible. No room, would not recommend.

A newer fridge not working properly.

Milk has soured, mold has grown - and this summer when it was quite hot out, the fridge overheated. We have a new fridge coming soon, but I see they still are selling this one. I would recommend not getting it.

Worst experiance ever

Had to disconnect power, the fridge was gone. I had to get rid of all food that was in the refrigerator. Garbage appliance, would not recommend.

Too noisy for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.fact that you can make this freezer/fridge or all freezer drew me to it. As did the upper cheese drawer. But what I absolutely dislike is the loud noises that come from it. Sometimes it’s ice cubes falling down, or the waterline filling the ice cube maker, but other times it sounds like it’s hurtling metal parts across the room or it sounds like a mini explosion. My refrigerator shouldn’t scare my family or my guests, especially not startle them, which it does fail. I don’t recommend this product.

Used to be a Samsung fan

PAid $350 to be repaired. Next Freezer stopped and before repairmen could arrive...fridge quit again. Replaced compressor, worked for 3 months... before everything quit again. Repairman came to house a total of 6 times. I am in process of getting refund, but it has been a constant fight. I lost at least 800.00 to 1000.00 worth of food and Meds (Insulin) thru all this. Never , Never buy this product!!!!!!!
