I love that this refrigerator does not have the large "commercial" pull handles. I do think that the interior could be designed a bit more functional .

We needed a counter depth refrig and this was perfect. W really like the showcase door. It also has plenty of space.

I love my new refrigerator. It serves it's purpose: style, quality, good price. I love Samsung and love this one in particular with its sleek look. It looks awesome in our kitchen and gotten so many compliments:)

This is a very spacious refrigerator for a counter depth model. One of the best refrigerators that I could find for the space I had available. I have not experienced any problems with the ice maker that others have commented, but I do not use it much either. If you purchase this online like I did, do not forget to order the water line.

We love the way it is configured. Nothing gets lost or forgotten about. The only draw back is the small ice cube bin. Not enough ice for parties.

I like the refrigerator very much, I have it for a year now with no complaints and It is also very quiet. I particularly like the extra cooling door/panel and the shelves. It is convenient to reach for small items or drinks without having to "expose" the whole inner fridge. It was also on clearance too - unbeatable price!

I'm enjoying the Samsung 21.5 Counter Depth Side by Side refrigerator very much. The Show Case holds many items that are easy to get to without opening the whole fridge. The ice maker is very quiet and it's on the door so we can put many items in the freezer and they are easily accessible instead of lost at the bottom of a drawer. I'm delighted to have chosen this fridge.

Great product. Looks amazing in our kitchen. A little smaller than wanted but due to extra storage in outdoor space this will work great.

We like the small footprint this frig has but is still roomy. It is quite, hides fingerprints and it works!!

We love this refrigerator. It's one of a kind and a nice model that anyone can have. By just opening the showcase if you need something you will save energy.

My husband and I had been looking at refrigerators off and on for awhile and finally decided on this one. We are hoping to sell our home in the near future and having one that is more updated and energy efficient, is definitely going to be a plus in selling. We were sold on the Samsung brand because it had what we were looking for. After looking at other appliance dealers in the area, we purchased from Best Buy because of the great customer service and the salesman/men were well-knowledgeable.

Love this product. Drawers are convenient and uniform cooling throughout. Showcase design is fantastic and creates a beautiful edition to our kitchen.

Very handsome fridge. Great concept having the showcase door to give access to the stuff stored in the door without having to open full door. Icemaker gets confused between cubes and crushed sometimes, but delivers ice anyway. Very clean looking, LED interior lighting makes everything clear.

This is an excellent appliance. The showcase feature is very efficient. We are able to store a majority of our day to day items in the door.

Best arrangement of function, capacity, and clever options for a limited space.. The dual door opening on the refrigerator side which allows access to sections at a time is my favorite. The operation is perfect and it is very quiet. The Best Buy sales person was very helpful in pointing out things you may not discover without more time. Delivery was quick and easy.

The refrigerator is good, no doubt about. Slick design with showcase door and fits into my cabinet space just right. It is quiet, which I value most; you can turn the ice maker off when you don't want to hear the crackling ice making noise. All is good! The customer service is incredible, my suggestion is, when buying bulk appliances such as this/washer/dryer/TV/ stove/oven, you need a friendly good return policy from them.

I like this fridge a lot. love the door within door. Fridge looks really upscale and of top quality. Used to have a GE profile which did not work well at all. Very happy with Samsung.
