This fridge is the best counter depth I ever seen, very good and very quiet

The refrigerator is great and looks amazing in our space. A counter depth fridge completes our kitchen. The only issues is that we've had evenings where the freezer side frosted up as the door ends up slightly ajar for awhile. This happens when you do not close the refrigerator side super gently. Would have been better if they could have did something to prevent this or created a warning icon or sound if it is not closed shut.

Bought this side-by-side Samsung showcase when the compressor went out on my last frig barely after the 5 yr warranty ended. We love the convenience of the showcase and were surprised at the amount of fresh and frozen goods this counter size frig holds. Prior frig was labeled 26 cf but this Samsung is very well planned and holds even more. The mid shelf that changes is a blessing if you have something large or very high. The bottom "buckets" in the showcase have dividers that can be used or not and even handles if you want to carry one to the table. Very quiet running. We also love the ice-maker. Although it is smaller than the one we had, it is large enough for us and we especially like the separate handles for cubed (or crushed) ice and water. They are high enough to fill taller containers and water comes out faster than it did in the previous frig. Although it was pricey, we have the feeling Santa came in July and brought us something extra special that we enjoy every day. Be sure and measure carefully when buying a new frig. The measurements seem to have changed from 5 years ago and I wonder how some of them even get through a regular door.

Had the refrigerator for about a month and so far so good. Definitely love the outer design of the fridge but I think I will need some time to adjust to the show case door and how the compartment is organized. I definitely uses the show case door for a quick grab for a drink, but I feel like there are not enough tall compartments in the show case storage for like bottle waters and 2 liter drinks.

Ice maker is very slow to make ice takes two days to fill

Such an amazing refrigerator. It's beautiful, very quiet, and work so well. We've had this about two months now and are in love with it. It's really quiet which we liked since our old one sounded like a plane taking off and can make 10 gallons of ice a day which my husband tried and it really does. :) The ice maker is a little slow to start but that's not really a huge deal. Well worth the money. Our favorite!

Our family was lucky to catch this fridge on sale. We didn't really care about the door in door option; but wow! What a simple option that we use constantly. I would never had thought something like that would matter, but think of how often someone in your family goes to get something to drink. Only low is that the icemaker seems to crush the ice even when we don't ask it to sometimes- not a problem though

My refrigerator was an open box item but the dents were minor and the price was great. Best Buy has a wonderful service support team and did everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

This Samsung fridge is very sleek and works great too. The showcase door is a big plus.

I love the showcase door on the refrigerator. It is the same size as our last Amana refrigerator but it is much more efficient with the shelves in the door. The freezer has the ice maker in the door. It eliminated a couple of shelves but there is so much more room in the freezer. Great design and the refrigerator is so attractive.

We purchased this side by side fridge after having two French door refrigerators in the past. I love the food showcase it hold your beverages and lot of them. Also keeps food with three big drawers for fruits , veggies and meat. I would highly recommend. We are very happy with it and. Love the sleek design!

So far we love this fridge, the door for drinks and items most used is great! Ice and water hook up was easy and is working very well. Hope it works like this for years.

Great functionality with showcase door. Quieter than I expected, looks great.

I have had this fridge for 2.5 months now and I only have one small complaint. The water shoots out with crazy pressure, just be prepared for it. I LOVE the showase :)

We’ve only had this fridge for a month but have fallen in love with it for several reasons. The convenience door makes it so easy to grab the items used most often. It also has plenty of room for our food & beverages. The only complaint would be the timing of the ice dispenser, there’s a slight delay. Overall it’s a great fridge

I have been using my new Samsung Showcase refrigerator for a little over a month now. Have not had any problems with it so far. I love the way it looks in my kitchen and the showcase door is so convenient for grabbing those frequently used items. I found the interior set up perfect for all my stored items. The gentlemen that delivered it were great. Will be buying the rest of my appliances from Best Buy.

We did a lot of research before we bought this refrigerator. All the reviews are very good on it. The refrigerator is better than what we have expected so far.

have had this for about a month. chose this unit because of doors--no handles meant fits perfectly in narrow galley style kitchen. All the features work as expected and it is very quiet (99% of time). Others mentioned some louder sounds of the motor, but these are really rare...i notice them maybe once every 2-3 days for a couple minutes. But the unit is very quite the rest of the time. door storage is a hit.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! Had been looking for a a refrigerator for about a year, reading reviews and comparing prices and found this Samsung and bought it on the spot. Got a great price, salesman was extremely helpful without being pushy and delivered within days! Couldn't be happier! Sleek and energy efficient!
