We are having a house built with a gourmet kitchen and needed a fridge that would go with the other built in appliances and this fits in nicely. I love that it is counter depth without having handles that stick out. It looks built in too.

Very nice fridge. The LED lighting is nice and bright. The through door allows you to either grab essentials like milk and condiments.

I wanted a counter dept fridge and hence this was the way to go. I was debating between the 4 door one and this one. I like the showcase and it's very useful to keep your most used stuff in showcase. It is not smudge proof so that is a draw back. And no door handle so it's a challenge when you are handful and try opening the door, but it's sleek with no handles protruding outside

I love the side-by-side style. The refrigerator double door works great at keeping the cold in.

Due to limited space in our kitchen, we had very few options. Very nice to have found this Samsung refregerator one that fits perfectly.

We were looking for a replacement fridge for our kitchen. the dual action door to allow full versus front display access is excellent.

Great product. Works and looks great. Only issue is you can't open the door fully if you have an enclosed spot to place the fridge in.

We did a lot of research and finally settled on this counter-depth option. Nothing negative to report. Quiet, efficient, versatile. There is not as much space as a full-size option, but that's simply a matter of physics...they optimize every inch there is to use. Good fridges are tough to find. Believe the hype on this one.

I don't think we ever got our points added to our best buy account for this product. It's been over a month since we purchased it.

I love my new refrigerator it has a lot a nice features can make ice in 10 minutes the led lightning looks great the compartments are heavy duty and because is fingerprints resistant my kids fingers aren’t all over the fridge can you imagine having 5 kids.

The gallery door is very nice for accessing milk and condiments fast, but the drawers are not height adjustable.

Checked fridges for over a year and finally settled on this one. Glad I did. Have had it about a month now and still getting used to it. It is good on energy use which is very important since we live off the grid. Like the showcase and it would be really useful for someone with kids around. Very pleased with the purchase.

If you're looking for a counter depth refrigerator with a modern clean look, the Samsung refrigerator is an excellent choice. Very happy with the refrigerator with settings for frig, freezer, warnings on leaving door open, etc... Ice maker is a little slow when compared to our older frig, but we love the clean modern look.

Had the fridge delivered delivery guy set it up. Had it start making ice to find out when I have it selected for cubed ice it would give me crushed ice call Samsung because there was an open box item and still warranty by Samsung they sent the repair guy and he replaced the ice maker now the cube ice and crushed ice function work perfectly

I had a whirlpool Gold series and had 4 warranty calls in first year of ownership. Bought this Samsung and man it's a lot quieter and there is plenty of room for the size. We are a family of 5 and it works well for us. Showcase is great for kids grabbing drinks or condiments.

Beautiful refridgerator! In particular, stainless finish is much nicer than on others.

showcase door is the best part, the shelves are not adjustable

Our GE Profile counter depth french door refrigerator (only 8 years old and cost almost $2800. new) died on Dec 19th, 2016. We called a repairman and the compressor was gone. The repairs would be over $1000. so we decided to buy a new refrigerator. With the holidays approaching we needed a new refrigerator fast. My husband and I went to Best Buy and I thought I wanted another french door refrigerator. My husband, however didn't. He has always complained about the lack of room in our french door refrigerator and how it ran all the time. I was tired, and tired of looking so I agreed upon the side-by-side. I am so glad I did! Although the side-by-side is the same dimensions, the layout is 10 times better. The door holds an amazing amount of stuff and you can see what's on both sides depending on which door you open. It's the showcase model. We love that we finally have ice and crushed ice back in the door. Our GE Profile only had water. The only drawback is that the door is heavy after you fill it. You just need to get used to it. Don't slam the door.

Actual cubic is a little smaller than we'd prefer but the overall appearance and design is very nice. We love the color and we especially love the showcase door, although a little gimmicky. This fridge went on sale 2 weeks after we bought it and Besbtbuy was kind enough to give us the price match. Hope it lasts as long as our old one.

I love the "showcase" feature of this model. The fact that it is counter depth with no handles gives us a lot more room in our kitchen. The black stainless is nice, no stainless steel polish needed. Overall I would recommend this product.
