We got this fridge to replace the 15-year-old one that came with our house. That one was 26 cubic feet in volume, but this one managed to have more room in it! I think that's mainly due to the ice maker being in the door instead of the freezer case. There's plenty of storage shelves, though the lack of flexibility in shelf location (they're fixed) is the only disappointment. We love the Food Showcase, for quick access to drinks. Also, there are shelves in the door at the perfect height for our little one. He can easily open the door and get to just his snacks and drinks. Overall, I'm very happy with this fridge. It looks great, had the right price, and is pleasantly compact.

No cubed ice even after new ice maker; no ice in a bin; runs out of ice quickly. Do not overfill freezer-it covers everything in frost. Tried to adjust temperature--unable to change from -8 F; doors and refrigerator are okay. Nice that kids usually pick the lower opener and thus only open the first door. Unless they fix the ice to produce cubes and allow make it easier to adjust temp. I would caution buyers.

Doors are a bit heavy and seem to shut hard. But the outside fridge door is easy to get things in a hurry without opening everything. That makes things so much easier.

Nice and sleek, but what I like the most is the putter door that opens to reveal what I need the most. Looks great in our new kitchen.

We have a small kitchen and need a Counter Depth frig. Looked at everything and found this Samsung unit. Love everything about it so far!!

The show case door is gorgeous. It is not only neat it is also very effective for the daily use. The spaces are very well projected to organize the items.

Love the refrigerator. It is very quiet and efficient. I particularly like the show case door which allows for quick access to the most often needed products. The design offers storage of wide variety of items.

I did some research on this product, and it has done everything I expected it to do. It is very quiet, and it keeps my food cold and fresh. I love the energy saving feature as well.

Replaced an old GE Profile. Needed a counter depth fridge with side by side doors. Love the extra "view" panel. The black stainless looks great with our other black appliances.

When I decided to buy this refrigerator I thought the showcase door was just a gimmick that I wouldn't use. Well, I was wrong. I probably use the showcase door 75% of the time.

Such a great fridge. Got it on sale and as an open box item but works great. Haven't had issues like my previous of produce freezing. The cooling from the door and the back make everything stay very evenly chilled. If you choose to take this yourself without delivery, it is HEAVY! Like the weight of two fridges heavy. I have move a lot of appliances and furniture and this one beat me. With an appliance dolly I was unable to get it up the stairs to get it in my house. Hired 2 guys and had to help them to get it up and in the house. But that honestly is my only negative being the weight, once it's in it works amazingly!!

After returning Frigidaire and Whirlpool fridges, I am thrilled with the Samsung. It is attractive and QUIET!

Needed something bigger for my family loves the front door for easy access for the kids clean your room all the way inside of the temperature control at the refrigerator has as well

The showcase door on this refrigerator is really unique. I wasn't sure how often I would use it but I do! Very cool. No issue at all. Awesome refrigerator.

The refrigerator looks so slick being counter depth. It has enough room inside and the separate showroom compartment helps to keep the often used items at reach.

The fridge is sleek, attractive, easy to clean & provides most of needed space. The freezer will show some crystalizing of vapor to ice, necessitating shelf cleaning periodically.
