I am disappointed in the installation of my new fridge. I had an existing water line with my old fridge. When the new fridge was installed, a leak started. I had to pay a plumber to come and fix the line. I believe that the connection was harmed when the old was disconnected. I cautiously recommend.........

So are this is a great addition to my kitchen. It is great to be able to access often needed items through the extra door. It's a little thing but it is proving to be very convenient. The larger size of this unit makes storage and access so much easier. The information on the display is a nice addition.

first time we tried replacing the water filter, it didn't seat correctly and leaked water all over our new kitchen floors.... Only issue, other than that has worked wonderfully. (If it breaks any time soon I'll update this review...)

Beautiful exterior! Open the doors and the problems begin. Within 3 months of purchase, bins in the door, shelves, and storage bins in the main compartment began developing cracks. NOT WARRANTIED. They crack, they break, you will replace them or not replace them yourself. Now here is the MAJOR reason for the 1 STAR. Always wanted an ice and water dispenser in the door and this little beauty had it. I reference "little beauty" because I had a small area in which to place it and this one fit. Immediately, within the first month, we started having problems with the ice maker not making ice. I chalked it up to something I/we were doing wrong but after at least 2 calls to the SAMSUNG 800#, it was determined I needed the icemaker replaced so we had that done. Now it got to the point after we got the new one installed and it worked on and off and aggravated the BAJEEPERS out of us and because the warranty was up, that we would just try holding the buttons, turning the fridge off and back on, or just filling the ice holder with ice from #DollarGeneral and live with it. Just recently I have found out that there is a group of MANY fellow distraught Samsung purchasers on facebook that have experienced the same problems as I and are working to get satisfaction with Samsung to give relief to their plight. I am exhausted trying to stuff food into the fridge with compartments that no longer have a front and bins that are no longer use able AND trying to keep the ice maker making ice so heed my warning - If it's Samsung, step away. Sorry Samsung but you HAVE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS, PLEASE!

The height and size is perfect for the fit of my home. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean. It stores all our food and keeps it organized. It keeps the women in my life happy (friends and family). It was worth the purchase.

So far, so good. I haven't had a new refrigerator in forever so getting this one means everything is brand new to me. The outer door is cool and does make life easier. Temps are good, water filter is great. Great purchase for 2019 Black November.

We were convinced we didn't want a side by side because we were unhappy with our last one. We saw this one one the showroom floor and were blown away...the showcase design is great and we are very happy.

WE got the counter depth, one to better fit in our kitchen, if you normally have a lot of food in your fridge you might not want the counter depth. Also if is hard to find space for tall items. Overall the fridge, freezer, and ice maker work well. Sometimes is a little noisy but not too bad. Samsung has a good product.

I got mine with promotion. It fits our kitchen area perfectly. It is indeed slim. I like the showcase function. It makes it easier to get something quick. Delivery and installment service was quite a pleasant experience. They even removed all plastic tapes in the fridge.

Great frig. The front small door is great allows the kids to grab a quick drink without opening and just staring into the frig for days.

I didnt want to buy this refrigerator but my wife wanted it so We got it. Its a great fridge. The Showcase is a unique feature n i.love that its counter length side by side. We redid our counters so it doesnt stick out. I know its pricey but buy it you wont be dissapointed!

This refrigerator is really nice and bright and I love the showcase part of it. The freezer portion is small but I don't have a big family so I am okay with it. Water and ice right at your fingertips is a plus. I bought the floor model at a cheaper price because it had a scratch and I couldn't be happier.

The size is on the small side, but pretty adjustable to make everything we need to fit... Including the crock pot. The ShowCase is pretty awesome. Grabbing condiments and even milk is convenient (and hopefully energy efficient too).

The refrigerator is better than I expected as far as how much food it can fit for a side by side. I just had to get used to the noise the ice maker makes. My old refrigerator was much more quiet. I think it might be because the ice maker is on the door in this refrigerator.

This counter depth appliance has excellent usability designs and handles that function perfectly without protruding into the kitchen area. The fast cool features work as advertised and are a handy feature. An excellent choice if you need counter depth and quick access features.

This refrigerator gives me everything that I wanted. I have my nieces and nephews are over at the house all the time and I don't want them inside of my refrigerator. They love the fact that they can open the bottom part of it to get their drinks out and that makes me happy as well.

This fridge looks nice but misses the mark on usability and quality. The ice maker frequently fails due to the ice cubes melting together turning into a massive chunk of ice. The water dispenser drips non stop even after waiting a few seconds before pulling your cup away. The she;vets, while adjustable, leave no real place to store your food. They are either to tall or too short. On a positive note, the exterior finish is amazing and works well to repel fingerprints. If I could do it again though I’d buy another brand.

Great flexibility. A combination of flexible shelf design and temperature controls make it possible to adapt the refrigerator and freezer space for a variety of storage needs ranging from everyday usage to special events.

Got this one because it fit a specific counter depth area, and is supposed to be smallish at 21.5 cu. feet. However, it has a lot more space than the bulkier unit it replaced. The mini door is a nice touch. The ice maker is a little slow but we haven't run out yet.

I bought the counter depth fridge but I was disappointed due to the width of the door. They are too wide so the fridge sticks out. Also the water isn't as cold. Good space and look for the house. Consider the doors when purchasing
