Really enjoying the refrigerator. Reduce my purchase of water bottles as well as love the showcase door.

I only had this refrigerator a week and then exchanged it for a white Samsung. It was very quiet and everything worked great but this was my first time to have a stainless appliance and I'm not a fan. I couldn't keep it looking clean. Also, INITIALLY I loved the door in door but the one I replaced it with doesn't have that feature and I don't miss it at all. Actually I think it uses a lot of the interior space. If you like stainless this refrigerator is very good looking and quiet.

We had to get this fridge after exchanging our original due to an error our contractor made in sizing! This countertop depth fridge has great storage space and we are LOVING the metal cooling system and showcase feature! It’s more than we wanted to spend originally but believe it’s worth the price tag! Just praying we don’t start to have issues with the ice maker as others have stated!

I get tons of compliments on this fridge. The showcase is such a great feature. Easy access to my creamer in the morning.. and bottle of wine in the evening :) Lots of space for it's size.. only small issue is ice cubes often come out crushed.. but when I select crush and select cubes again it usually does the trick.

So for it is good. I can only give it a 3 right now as the first one had a noise like a jackhammer and to be replaced. The second one had to be returned due to the water line freezing when the ice was running. Right now th third one has been solid. We love the showcase door and it works great for the kids.

The counter depth combined with the handless design is perfect for my small kitchen.

Build quality better than most, heavy doors but easy to operate, somewhat reminiscent of commercial grade unit. Good relative counter depth. Runs quieter than our failed 2015 LG. Warranty much better - clearly states 10 warranty on compressor vs LG's poor warranty and high cost to repair the compressor.

Looking for a cabinet depth refrigerator is discouraging and expensive. The Samsung Showcase is well designed, with maximum interior space. The double doors make it convenitnet to access the frequently used items. (and its light weight is great for kids.) The Best Buy price resolved the expense concern. A great addition to our kitchen.

This product has worked flawlessly. Best Buy sales and delivery personnel were excellent. Service before and after delivery were exceptional. I wish the height of the refrigerator was about one inch lower. That could be achieved by probably reworking the door hinge and lowering the plastic material used to cover the top of the hinge. My refrigerator opening like that of many home owners is slightly over 68 inches.

love way looks and what it does keep our food at right temp.

Fridge seems to have been made with quality material. I love the food showcase feature. The shelves are all glass which is a big plus. The cabinets and the food showcase are made of plastic but they look crisp and sturdy. However the water dispenser is slow and ice maker tastes like plastic (unsure if it being new is the cause).

I have read plenty of reviews about how everyone has had problems, but if you read the instruction manual and make sure you follow the instructions you should have no problems!! The only thing I am not sure about from other reviews is if the automatic ice maker will stop when it's full!! I shut it off after it's almost full and turn it back on about halfway down!

Nice and enough for two people. We had a very large when we were living four people in our house.

Great except the ice machine tends to crush ice even when the cubed option is chosen

Does not make enough ice and the water splashes every where when you try to fill a glass that is full of ice because it comes out really fast.
