Overall a good refrigerator. The ice dispenser is slow. Had to have the dispenser replaced just a few months after we bought it and it has been slow ever since. Other than that it keeps the cool side cool and the frozen side frozen.

I have only had this refrigerator a week, but it has been great so far. Still figuring out what to use the show-case for, but it is a cool feature. Best Buy did an amazing job with the installation -- much better than my experiences with Lowes.

After 5 months, I must say I really like this refrigerator especially the water and ice dispenser. Only downside is size (I had a Sub-Zero) and the fact that you have to replace the water filter every 6 months.

Must admit we were a little skeptical when we saw this refrigerator online. Then we checked it out in store and we’re impressed with the features. Plus it fit perfectly for us and the no profile handles are great. Loving it so far!

The showcase fits alot items on the door. Beautiful glass shelves and freezer space is just enough for what I need. I had same refrigerator in my previous house and couldn't resist in getting another and had it 6 years.

This design should be scrapped. Bought and installed a little over a year ago. I absolutely hate it. The showcase feature is a waste and causes serious condensation buildup. It has been so bad I have a puddle on the floor. I am constantly wiping the edge of the fridge and freezer doors as well as having to open the showcase door and wiping both the fridge edge and door itself. I have checked numerous times and cannot find any issues with the seal. Had had the issue from start of use. Would never buy a design like this again and do not recommend this fridge.

This is a very nice fridge for the price. Only problem I have had I s that the pressure is very high on the water dispenser & it always hits the bottom of the cup & splatters everywhere. I am going to check to see if there's an adjustment for this. I would buy it again though.

Our frig sits in the middle of the wall so we didn't want it to stick way out into the kitchen. I love the look of this frig just wish they made counter depth refrigerators in general a bit biggger. We lost 6cf just going to a counter depth frig.

I am happy with my new Samsung Refrigerator. The Inner Case and Showcase Doors are such a great idea. It allows my and my grand kids easy access to things like soda, milk and other items that are used frequently. It is well worth the price.

I like the door and handles. It's cool how it opens all the way or partially just to reach in for certain items. It has a sleek look with the recessed handles. The ice maker does take up a decent amount of the freezer though.

After excellent customer service, we found the right fit for the relatively small kitchen in our new home. The design is attractive and would fit into any color scheme. The showcase part has enough room for the items needed on a daily basis.

So far we are getting use the refrigerator. The storage is different from the last one and 1 Cu. Ft. smaller. It will take a couple of months to get items moved around so that get items moved to a better spot.

I did a lot of research online before deciding to buy a refrigerator. Initially, I was looking at the French Door units, however, after comming across this new Samsung, I was sold. The door-in-door feature is much nicer than other models, and the interior space is well lit.

Loved this refrigerator but had problems with water server so It was substituted by the following model that is excellent and Beautiful also.

Awesome product, very sleek and elegant, received a great deal and saved a bunch. Best buy personnel installed the refrigerator within minutes. I am very pleased.

I read some mixed reviews on this refrigerator but ours works great. Had a slight leak from the water dispenser but the installer said this would stop when the air was out of the line, and it did. Love the black stainless steel.

Honestly no problems with this fridge. However it is a little small for our family. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with it. We just did not do our research properly.

Family of four with two kids who like the showcase access to get drinks. The interior space is useful and well apportioned. Looks sharp and the only slight negative is that the crushed and cubed ice options appear to both produce crushed ice.

We bought this refrigerator around a month ago. I have been very happy with it's performance even though it did take some time before the fridge was delivered by Best Buy. It's a sleek counter depth refrigerator and has excellent cooling capabilities.

I was having problems with my old fridge so we went out to shop for a new one. My wife loved everything about this fridge but she didn’t noticed the smaller shelves inside the fridge and freezer. It definitely doesn’t offer a lot of storage area for leftovers. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the details of this fridge before buying. Luckily I didn’t get rid of my old one and I use it to store what doesn’t fit in the new one.
