The refrigerator seems to be working fine but the water dispenser and ice maker is not working. In this case the plumbing of water line was also done by Best Buy ( yes they do offer those services as well) but now we are chasing them to visit and diagnose the problem. If it is the fridge or the plumbing line? Either ways they have to address this..it is a nightmare trying to reach them and get them to respond. Phew !!!. This is inspite of the fact that I have paid another $200 per year for Geek Squad Support package

Smooth looking, nice features and good performance.

I have only had the refrigerator since Monday (1/11), however I could not be happier with not only the Samsung product but with every facet of the sales process with BestBuy. This incudes the initial sale (Salesperson - Robert), email and phone confirmations of the delivery instructions (delivery within three days of sale), and the delivery team. BestBuy stood by their price match guarantee and included free delivery and free haul away of my old fridge. They gave me a two hour window and were prompt in delivering inside that window. When does that happen anymore? Chris and Carlos were courteous and took great care when inside my home. We noted a small scratch on the fridge and BestBuy was prompt (within an hour) to offer a new fridge or gift card. A special thanks to Chris and Carlos. As for the refrigerator, Samsung has thought this one through. The Showcase door is a winner. Most of my common, daily needs are easily accessed through the Showcase door. Temperatures are constant in both the fridge and freezer. The counter depth is ideal for my kitchen, but still allows more than adequate space for my use. The Showcase shelves can handle most any size container and allows me to better organize my shelves. The flexible dividers are a nice touch. I have not yet witnessed any of the nagging concerns of others, however I realize my experience is only for two days. I will make a note to review this further after a reasonable amount of time. But, if you want an initial Five Star Buy rating; you got it from me. Also, if I buy another appliance, BestBuy will be my #1 stop. Note: contrary to an earlier review, the dual handle access to the fridge and Showcase is no problem and you become familiar with them in no time at all.
