Great appliance. Fits like a glove. Though after few years, samsung appliance tends to have functionality issues.

The design is sleek and modern. The black stainless steel looks great in my white kitchen. I decided to go with the counter depth version and I was a little bit hesitant. After using it for a few weeks, it definitely has plenty of room inside and the fit inside the kitchen looks really good. Everything about this refrigerator is amazing. The water and ice maker work perfectly. The family hub is a fun and useful addition. A must buy!

We had space constraints and this was one of the few counter depth refrigerators that we found at Best Buy. Glad to go ahead with this, this fit the space perfectly and had all the features we wanted for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The installation by Best Buy was spot on as well! The only complaint if i had to offer one is that the UI on the Family Hub is not that intuitive, but it is very helpful to have a browser, youtube and spotify on it!

I'm loving my new Samsung side by side hub refrigerator. It comes with alot of apps. that I never knew of. While cooking my meals I love listening to the bluetooth on it. I can see the things that are in the refrigerator on my phone when I'm at the store so I can get what I need. It also sends my phone notifications. I love the ice maker,produces ice very fast. If you're computer savvy you'll love this refrigerator.

I really like how this fridge has the fridge and freezer are side by side. The hub is great and very helpful. The camera inside the fridge is great because you can access it from the app when you're not home

Excellent Purchase and recommend the Family Hub to buy from Best Buy

So far, the fridge has been great. It was hard to find a counter-depth fridge, but thankfully, this one was available. The size fit our kitchen perfectly. While some fingerprints can show up on the doors, it is not noticeable and easy to clean. It has been easy to control and the touchscreen has been helpful. I especially like having an inventory of what is in the fridge and when it expires. I also really like being able to see and use the Ring cameras through the touchscreen.

This refrigerator was pretty reasonably priced for what you get. Pretty spacious inside and cool features. Looks sharp too.

Can’t connect the refrigerator to the Samsung account, it just keeps telling us that we must accept the terms of service, and we have done that multiple times on multiple occasions. Can’t get support either

The drawers are tight, not a lot of room to add/remove items. The hub isn’t intuitive at all and despite our house having exceptional WIFi technology and the hub being no more than 20 ft from the router, we experience connection issues.

Overall nice looking conversation piece but small shelves not enough space

Nice refrigerator, good size and works well. Too early to tell about how valuable the touch screen will prove to be.

The fridge has been amazing. Temp options are easy to use and amazing. Roomy for the size. The screen is rather pointless, but fun. My only complaint is the speed and size of the ice maker are not ideal. If you have a family of 3 or more, the ice will run out fast!
