I loved this thing until I put my groceries away and an hour and a 1/2 later it went from 35゚ to 60゚ degrees 54 days out of warranty I contacted Samsung and was informed that I was going to have to pay for a service call even though LG offers a 10 year warranty on things like refrigerators I will never buy another Samsung product again I am going to trade in my piece of crap Samsung S21 phone my piece of crap Samsung tablet and I'm going to get rid of this piece of crap Samsung refrigerator Because Samsung the company is a big whopping piece of crap

I highly recommend finding another fridge to purchase , this was defective before we got it and constant problems ever since , currently
We are waiting for mid April for a replacement fridge to be delivered. Hopefully the new one at least lasts the 5 year warranty we bought just to be safe ! Samsung’s reputation regarding fridges is not the best and we took a gamble and suffered because of it . Do your due diligence before considering to buy this model.

Do not buy this!!!!! i purchased a few months ago and had 2 issues already. ice maker damaged then an error code that causes it to stop working and they will not come out to fix for over a week!!!! its cute and all but that is NOT worth it. stay away from samsung

The screen broke 1 day after the fridge was installed. Repair guy was rude and nasty. Just left without doing work, I’m left with non functioning product. Purchased it as a bundle from best buy in November. Received this fridge in March. Was supposed to get $400 in gift cards. Received $200.
