    I was hesitant to buy this refrigerator because of all the bad reviews, especially issues with the internet device in the door. Ive had it for about a month and its working great. It even keeps food cold. My only conplaint is that the shelves aren't adjustable. But, the price and look were right, its counter depth and it doesnt have handles that stick out so it check off all the boxes.

    Don’t waste your money in this fridge +Bad Service

    After waiting several months and paying a premium we received the fridge. We ordered best delivery and installation. They plonked the fridge down. Didn’t take off the plastic. Refused to adjust the feet on the fridge. It’s wobbly, uneven and doesn’t fit under the cabinet because it’s too tall on the one side. I called and asked for them to come install it properly as that is what I paid for. They sent the same guy who refused to do anything. The apps on the fridge screen also done work well and keep disappearing.

    Evaporator fan stopped working within 7 months, all of our food was spoiled, and we had to wait several days for service. I would not recommend this product, any Samsung product or Best Buy in general for anybody that wants a reliable product.

    Samsung Side by Side with Touchscreen Hub

    Samsung Side by Side with 21.5" touch screen

    Recently I picked up a new Samsung 21.5 cu. ft. side by side refrigerator with a smart screen. I have wanted a smart refrigerator for a while now. If I had realized how great it was, I would have ordered one months ago! The lines are sleek, and the finish does a great job preventing fingerprints. The option I am most enjoying is the touchscreen. Both myself and my family have really enjoyed this option. It has several features and apps that are already making our lives a little easier. My kids love the homepage where you can upload photos and have them displayed on the screen. It gives the unit a nice family feel without the clutter. The whiteboard is also a fun touch. You can write messages to each other, post notes, or simply play around and use it for drawing pictures. My favorite app is the Smart Recipes app. When I am trying to figure out our meal plan for the week, this app will allow me to search up new and existing meals with a variety of options. It includes pictures of the meal so I can see what the end result will look like. Furthermore, it gives me the option to check off all of the ingredients I need to complete the dish, and then send them to my phone as a shopping list. The 21” screen is large enough that I can still see the recipe from across the kitchen when I am cooking. Overall, I have been very happy with my refrigerator and would recommend this product to any of my friends and family. #SamsungRefrigeratorInsiders

    Shucks. Right in the middle of satisfied

    Ease of ordering and delivery timeframe, 5-stars. Product itself (new refrigerator), 2-stars. Customer service and adequate options to return product and get another one or receive a 10% discount in the form of a gift card, 4-stars. To not receive those same benefits after the 15-day grace period was over when we realized just a few days later that there were internal issues (later find out it was the mother board) that was causing our breaker to pop, 1.5-stars. I’ve ordered other appliances from Best Buy and have had great experiences so this is just a one-off situation I’m guessing. Shucks.

    I just got my refrigerator Friday and I love it so far. I wish my refrigerator was compatible with my IPhone so that I can stream movies from my phone and it want be a bad idea for Samsung to come up with Video chat and FaceTime on the refrigerator

    faulty ice maker

    I was lied to from the sales guy that they fixed the ice maker with the new refrigerators The new ones are worse than the older models . we have had it repaired 10 times and they are coming back tomorrow to fix it. They dont tell you when you purchase that the ice maker is an accessory and they will not replace the fridge. Make sure you buy the warranty! I can’t believe they still sell them. What a scam!

    The ice maker makes tiny cubes and takes forever to make ice. The motor gets jammed all the time abs broke after a year and samsung no longer makes replacement parts. Buyer beware

    Fantastic fridge! We had a french door fridge and this replaced it. It has maintained temperature of our food and has vents on every shelf. It's amazing!

    Ice maker stopped working correctly about 2 years into owning it. It’s smart screen and compatibility with other smart devices is are not user-friendly. We made a huge mistake buying this thing.
