Stay away

Repair guy was rude and nasty. Just left without doing work, I’m left with non functioning product. Purchased it as a bundle from best buy in November. Received this fridge in March. Was supposed to get $400 in gift cards. Received $200.

Absolute garbage design

New refrigerator with bad freezer

Contacted Samsung Support and as of today no resolution to this. Really poor product and support. Will return and will stay away from Samsung. Unless you need a really expensive tablet, don’t purchase this.

So far, so good

Ive had it for about a month and its working great. It even keeps food cold. My only conplaint is that the shelves aren't adjustable. But, the price and look were right, its counter depth and it doesnt have handles that stick out so it check off all the boxes.

Shucks. Right in the middle of satisfied

Customer service and adequate options to return product and get another one or receive a 10% discount in the form of a gift card, 4-stars. To not receive those same benefits after the 15-day grace period was over when we realized just a few days later that there were internal issues (later find out it was the mother board) that was causing our breaker to pop, 1.5-stars. I’ve ordered other appliances from Best Buy and have had great experiences so this is just a one-off situation I’m guessing. Shucks.

I wish my refrigerator was compatible with my IPhone so that I can stream movies from my phone and it want be a bad idea for Samsung to come up with Video chat and FaceTime on the refrigerator

faulty ice maker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was lied to from the sales guy that they fixed the ice maker with the new refrigerators The new ones are worse than the older models . we have had it repaired 10 times and they are coming back tomorrow to fix it. They dont tell you when you purchase that the ice maker is an accessory and they will not replace the fridge. Make sure you buy the warranty! I can’t believe they still sell them. What a scam!

Ice maker is slow and broke after a year
