I absolutely loved this refrigerator for 2.5 years...until 2 days ago when it just stopped cooling. We tried everything suggested to reset, but nothing worked. I contacted Samsung which was like a 3 ring circus. The customer service is horrible. After trying to save as much as possible out of the fridge and freezer, we are now looking for a good old used refrigerator.

It is the perfect size for my kitchen. The freezer is deep and holds a lot of food. The meat and cheese tray is great. This refrigerator is a KEEPER!!

I wanted it in the door but the size I needed didn't have that option. The light in the fridge is bright. Love the black stainless steel.

This is the first fridge we have ever bought, and we could not be happier with our purchase. Very quite and enough space to fit all of our groceries. Delivery and installation went very smooth.

The freezer portion is a bit smaller than I thought but still handles a bit of stuff. Its not counter sunk so it sticks out a bit but its so spacious im ok with it.
