The surface is magnetic, so I can use fridge magnets. Also, it doesn’t show fingerprints as bad as some stainless steel does. Overall, we are very pleased.

Within 5 months, it broke; was fixed, but 1.5 years later totally broke again - being only 2.5 years old. Very unhappy having to be without a refrigerator for nearly 4 months. Was mostly livid, enduring the terrible inconvenience. I guess they don't make them like before, but to last 2.5 years only is ridiculous. So was afraid while making a choice for replacement. So far, after a few weeks I am cautiously satisfied but we'll see if it reliably lasts for awhile with no problems.
