I have been looking for this type of appliance for a period of time and sent for it as soon as I saw it advertised on the Best Buy web site.

I had a similar type 11 years ago and this is an improvement. I was shocked by the price but it was all I could get close to what I wanted. Many others were too big, out of stock or back ordered. There was a two to three month delivery delay on other models.

We were initially skeptical of French doors but you can open either door independent of the other. You don't have to open or close them in any particular order. The lighting is good.

I talked to the Supervisor and she stated that they didn't have time to remove the old one

This fridge is troublesome and noisy

The freezer constantly produces frost despite calling for trouble-shooting which resulted in no improvement. Also, this fridge makes really loud noises that our last fridge never made. Motor is loud and frequently sounds like it's about to die, even though it is brand new.

I like that you can adjust the freezer separate from the fridge There should be more “steps” in the settings though. One level is warmer than I’d like and the next one down is close to freezing.

The outside doesn’t show fingerprints as stated. My only complaint so far is that it’s difficult to open the freezer door and the handle is already coming loose after a month.

Love the pull out freezer drawer compared to the door. The French door option allows for opening one side at a time. Of course, you have remember where you put stuff. I like having everything closer to eye level.

Stainless steel outer is scratched by magnetic holders. Bottom freezer loses some space neat the top drawer. For a smaller space it worked great.

I thought the french doors looked very nice BUT think about using it. I always open the wrong side and if you are putting something away you only have one free hand to open two doors. GO FOR THE SINGLE DOOR I WISH I HAD. At the price I'll have to live with it for years lol

The doors storage area isn't quite as big but not a problem for us. All things said wish we had gotten rid of old fridge sooner
