beautiful and spacious fridge, with all the amenities

Keep Getting Pestered To Review this item so this is a review of the item. It is a fridge. It keeps things cold. When you leave the door open it beeps at you. It does not refill itself.

fits great in small spaces for an apartment. Cools well.

1st bottom freezer i have had, and I like it better then a top freezer. so far it is working great. I like the chime when the door is left open. No ice maker and from the reviews I read before buying it I am glad.

My Samsung refrigerator arrived on time... it is beautiful... looks great in our kitchen. The delivery men were efficient and quick., Alton was very polite.. they took away The old refrigerator..we will enjoy our new refrigerator for years to come... we will buy everything from Best Buy

Extremely pleased with my sales advisor, his knowledge, thoroughness and followup. The Samsung Refrigerator has all the important features as well as being a handsome addition to the kitchen. My experience with your 3rd party contractors, however, doesn't fare as it should -

Just about two to three months after buying this refrigerator, we started hearing noises coming from it that sounded like a motor, like a freak train engine. We've owned this for about ten months now and the noises have accelerated over that period of time. When we first started to hear the noises, it didn't have any cooling problem, but now, the top compartment (refrigerator part) has stopped cooling. It is now warm inside and smells (even if I've thrown away food from inside). The bottom compartment (freezer) is not also as cold as it used to be. I've spoken with Geek Squad and they said that the problem is the fan in the back has frozen and that's where the noise is coming from. The fan is trying to run but it can't because of all that ice accumulation. They said the refrigerator needs to be defrosted, but we have no time to do that. After awhile, the same problem is going to happen, and we certainly don't have time to keep doing that. It's all a hassle. Needing to replace this for a better one.

We absolutely love this refrigerator and are so happy with the purchase. The first night however, we noticed there are dings in the doors. We picked up in store rather than delivery so unsure when the dents occurred but they’re certainly noticeable.

this spacious fridge is great in our mobile home. the space is limited for the width but this new refrigerator has the depth to make up for width. the split shelves make it just right for taller items on one side of a shelf. love the freezer...the ice cubes supply is more than ample. really pleased.

This is a wonderful attractive French door refrigerator for a very small space. It is for a boxed in 1985 style framed in an area that is 33.5 inches wide. I wish this was just a little bit wider and that the deli drawer had the very cold option for meat.

Needed a fridge that wasn't the 'standard height' to fit underneath high cabinets and this fridge fits the bill! Ice maker while it takes some time is good and does not overfill the bin, lots of space in the freezer and on the doors of the fridge. Would recommend purchasing.

The right size for my limited space. Quite roomy inside. Not the greatest construction but is holding the proper temperature. Would purchase again decent value. Great delivery! Good communication! Right on time-Thanks

Great for what we needed in the small location we have for a refrigerator. The product works as it should keeps the food cold and freezer keeps the ice frozen. If only it could make a margarita that would be great.

This is a beautiful refrigerator that is so functional the inside has many storage drawers and spaces and is the ultimate in organization. The freezer is just as functional with two drawers and separate compartments. This is the best refrigerator I ever had.

Frig is loud when making ice. Bought 7 months ago. Condensation everywhere in the fridge raider the top drawer of the freezer has icicles on my food. Something must be wrong with the defrost mechanism not sure waiting for tech-support don't waste your time or your money this fridge sucks

This delivery was a major disappointment. We picked a fridge in the Brockton store because our fridge broke and we needed one right away. The fridge was damage free as marked on our sales slip. When the truck came the guys showed us one small scratch and a small dent on the sides of the fridge. The corners were covered with card board and the fridge was wrapped in a clear plastic. Because the slight damage was on the sides and we needed a fridge quickly we agreed to take it. They came in and set it up and as they were taking our old fridge an oily liquid spilled on the floor that I had to clean up so we really didn't look at the new fridge until they were gone. There are 3 small dents in the middle of the freezer door and a larger dent on the top side of the freezer door. There is a very large dent on the bottom on the left side of the fridge. This was a fridge that had no damage and because of needing a fridge quickly we had to keep this. We will never buy another appliance from Best Buy and will not recommend that people do. I called the Best Buy in Dedham twice to try and fix this and both times I was hung up on. The side damage we could live with but the front of the fridge is just very upsetting and should not have happened. Heidi Bromley

Overall this refrigerator is working amazing. Although surprised when reinstalling the refrigerator i notice i was being not told about defects. I emailed about the issue and never had a responds. Still awaiting.
