Finish does not hold up, very deep shelves

We have had this fridge for just 2 years and the finish has rubbed off on the edges. We also bought a range with the same finish and it is having the same issue. I would stay away from black stainless. THe fridge works fine, but it is very deep and we lose food in the back!

At 2 months it's gotten better, but it's still there. It ruins drinks. Thinking of just turning off the ice dispenser and using ice trays. Would love a fix for this.
