    This frig is being exchanged and slated for delivery of replacement on 4/26. I rate this item poor because, in my opinion, it's poorly designed on a couple issues: doors do not open far enough to allow easy access to crisper doors. A tech repair team came by a week later to "fix," but said there was no adjustment possible. Secondly, the left side door, when left closed (seems like this is part of the good reason for having a "french door" design in the first place so as to not let out so much cold when something is being gotten out from the right side of frig) totally obstructs about 1" of that crisper drawer from even being pulled out. In addition, with no water filter anywhere and only ice in the frig (which I wanted), the taste of ice is like a rubber hose and will not go away no matter how many times I've dumped it out and started with fresh. I can't even use the ice, period. I've selected another Samsung, bigger, as it was one of only a couple brands available in white, which I need. I'm hoping my next experience is better or I'm up a creek!

    Nice Fridge for a Small Size

    Like many others who opt for this unit, it was because I had a cabinet restriction of 66" high. We prefer a bottom freezer so we don't have to do the limbo-bend to look into the refrigerator section. The French Door configuration gives it a more modern look than the standard two-door bottom freezer that it replaced. The white model has a slightly shiny finish rather than the duller matte, so we find that appealing too. This model does NOT have the freezer pull-bar that tilts up when pulled, to open the door. Not a big deal but we were told it should have it like its bigger models [since the 30" was not on floor display]. We have it only a few days so far, but no delivery, install or initial issues to report. The icemaker took about 10 hours before it starting dropping the 1st few ice cubes. If you want a smaller footprint fridge that appears to be well-made, and like the French Door look, consider this unit.

    the refrigerator itself is alright, but the delivery service is terrible and pacific home and kitchen customer service is not helpful at all.

    had a very bad experience with this refrigerator and only had it for a week the cooling on the freezer and the fridge was good not complaining about that but the ice is horrible Bought this item to replace the 2 bags of ice i bought daily or every other day but ice never made more the 10 cubes a day yes the entire 24 hours of a day, called samsung they had a guy come to the house 3 days after I purchased it he looks at it says its working fine that I could be the water pressure (I say that cant be because the refrigerator i had was about 12 years old and it made ice without any problem) he say he'll contact samsung to see what can they do i said ok. 2 days later samsung call me saying that they can't do anything because its the water line I said that cant be because my sister purchased this same refrigerator and the same problem happens to her in 3 day of having it only 10 ice cubes so I called best buy and had them pick it up and I purchased a different model number and no I don't have any issues with the ice it makes it great ice and I dont have to buy no ice

    This refrigerator is a good size for apartment or condo living. However, be warned that the doors do not open wide enough to allow the inside drawers to open all of the way. It makes arranging items difficult as well as not being able to reach items that are in the back of the drawer. It was delivered and I tried it - exchanged for a larger size and drawers I was able to use. Best Buy sales staff was most helpful.

    The refrigerator seems to be ok. However the delivery guys damaged the right door of fridge bringing it into my home. Had it turned wrong direction after being told it would not fit through the door. They proceeded anyway and caused the damage. Had to get another one a week later.

    This refrigerator is a huge disappointment. I bought it in November 2015 to replace our 25-year-old Amana, which was still running fine. Now it's April 2016 and the new Samsung refrigerator is dead. A whole fridge's worth of groceries in the trash and the hassle of getting a repairman out to the house. Based on this experience I will steer clear of Samsung products going forward and I recommend others should be wary as well.

    The compressor or something is so loud. Ive owned it a year but never actually plugged it in due to remodeling our home. Its just sat in plastic until today. Plug it in and instantly it has the loudest humming from the back. You can hear it from other rooms of the house. Calling today for warranty i guess on a 1 day old fridge

    I'm not sure -- after a month or so using the refrigerator I see there is possibly a leak in the freezer (Ice packs frosting over) and a squeek in one of the doors. I'll be in touch with the store to see what should be done.

    Do not purchase anything from the store. You could never get a hold of anybody for any kind of help or service and they keep putting on hold. I’ve had a completely very awful experience I will never deal with them again
