    Pieof junk. Ice maker doesn’t work, no cubes and freezes up. Class action lawsuit in USA. Poor design for cleaning

    Poor warranty service

    Refrigerator stopped working 8 months after purchase. Samsung unable to get it repaired and unable to furnish replacement. Finally offered to reimburse me but still waiting for check 6 weeks later. Will not reimburse me for original installation cost or removal of this defective refrigerator. Clearly not living up to warranty provisions. Sent a few letters to US CEO with no reply. Many calls to Samsung support. Recommend staying away from Samsung appliances.

    The plastic baskets on door broke within first year. Poor engineering from samsung. They wont honor replacements. DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!!!
