Poor warranty service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refrigerator stopped working 8 months after purchase. Samsung unable to get it repaired and unable to furnish replacement. Finally offered to reimburse me but still waiting for check 6 weeks later. Will not reimburse me for original installation cost or removal of this defective refrigerator. Clearly not living up to warranty provisions. Sent a few letters to US CEO with no reply. Many calls to Samsung support. Recommend staying away from Samsung appliances.
