    Junk don’t buy!!!!

    In less than 2 years this has failed twice. It just stops cooling in the refrigerator section. Freezer keeps working. Fixed under warranty after 10 months. New main board and fan unit. Tech said this happens all the time. Will never buy another Samsung. Look at the web. Class action suits and no action by Samsung to make good on these junk refrigerators.

    The quality of the product is shockingly poor. I wish I’d returned it. The insulation seeped out of the seams in various spots, the doors are uneven, one of the holes for screws that the handles attach to was deformed, which prevented the screw going in all the way. A year on from it being delivered, one of the brackets for a lower draw cracked into twenty pieces, just from normal use. I'd never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again.

    Terrible product the cooling has broken down and now I have to wait two weeks with Samsung so that they can fix my refrigerator. All my food has spoiled, I was also told by the repair man that these fridges come built bad., and even though they will fix it it will continue to have this problem with the cooling

    took five attempted deliveries to get. lies. miss information, and impossible to get ahold of anyone. spent at least and hour on hold 10 times after being told it would be less than three minutes. complete incompetance. worst csutomer experience since 2006 and that was with you, best buy when i spent 20,000 dollars and work was never completed. i am sure the refridgerator is great, but best buy is not

    I had the worst experience ever!! First I had order both my refrigerator, washer and dryer but my order kept on getting pushed back with no notice or explanation to why!! So I canceled my washer and dryer and just ended up with the refrigerator which I had to place to put my food and my kids food. I had to go get a small one for the meantime till I got my actual refrigerator!!

    This fridge was replacing a 30+year refrigerator that worked fine w/o a problem. I give 1 star because after 3 weeks of pyrchasing this Samsung, it stopped working. Best Buy is replacing item, but have to wait 4 days after the malfunction. Will wait and see how 2nd refridgerator functions. For $1500, I dont think anything should break within 21 days.

    Delivered... fit in spot... like salesman said... but left door didn't open... salesman assured me it would... 3 weeks w 1/2 door opening... not happy with Best Buy... AT ALL... 4 purchases in one shot and 2 failures...

    Two door shelf fronts and a drawer front has broken off! Brittle cheap plastic. When called, they said it was not possible. Owned for 2 years and the rest will probably break too. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand! I no longer buy Samsung anything!

    One month past the warranty, the freezer stopped making ice. Very disappointed. I know the ice makers on refrigerators are the first to go but for the amount of money this was, I would expect it to work for more than 13 months.

    I bought this refrigerator. The men put it in the kitchen and plugged it in and put the handles on. they left. The waterline was not connected. I called several times. I texted. I emailed. What can I do to have someone check the refrigerator and check the water. What can I do? What can I do?

    2 years in and the blower fan sounds like a chainsaw and seems to run a lot. After looking at some issues online seems it is having a problem defrosting. Need to call for service and update this post.

    I'd give it zero stars if I could. This thing just crapped out after barely 2 years of moderate use. The Samsung range I bought at the same time also died a few weeks ago. Samsung is garbage

    Waiting 6 weeks for service on new unit.

    Bought in April. It is now September seeing a total unit failure. "Support" first had me wait 2 weeks and not getting an email that the wait period is unknown (likely to be another month.) DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG THROUGH BESTBUY.

    Pandemic lasted longer than the fridge

    Died after 7months. As a former employee of Samsung this is completely heartbreaking. The product is inferior in all aspects and is not what should be expected from a manufacturer of this size.

    Refrigerator was installed and the handle is loose and when purchased we were shown a model with a water dispenser inside the door but this unit does not have water. Deliberate switch?
