    Water build up in the center front rubber seals along the French doors. BB will be delivering a new one on 9/1/20. It appears to be a factory defect. I hope I get a non defective replacement.

    Ice maker didn't work. Freezer door handle comes off randomly once every week. Was not happy or impressed with this.

    This is one of the few kinds fits in our small kitchen. Like the style and capacity, although there is a gap between left and right french door seal causing cold air leak.

      Hi there,
      I can help you with your situation regarding your Samsung Refrigerator leaking cold air. First you will need to check and make sure the unit is slightly tilted backwards. This means that the two leveling legs in front should be extended and the rollers will not be touching the ground. Second, Make sure that the left door is always closed before the right so that a proper seal can happen. Third, make sure that your eco mode is turned off. This will allow your unit to seal better.     NOISY: I purchased this refrigerator because I am putting my house on the market and stainless steel is the standard today. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. I read the reviews stating it was noisy and wouldn't have bought it if I'd planned to stay in my house. The reviews are correct, it is very noisy, constantly emitting a low range hum. About once an hour for 10 min or so, the noise gets louder with higher frequencies mixed in. The sound is bothersome and if I was in something like a studio apartment, I would not be able to sleep. APPEARANCE: The look is just okay for me, it's rather shiny. It is NOT stainless steel on the sides, instead it is gray -- you can't tell from the photos. SHELVES: The shelving placement is annoying with few options - I don't know where you would put something like a gallon jug of milk or a bottle of wine. I don't think you can fit a regular size frozen pizza in the freezer. My old fridge was just as small and I could fit normal items such as wine and pizzas in it without issues. If I was buying this for me, I would have kept looking for something with better features.

    Best buy is garbage and all there ptoducts break within a year so stay away.

    Searched for a month to replace 25 yr old 18 cu ft, til found this online & read the reviews. Would have needed a left mounted door(bad reviews for those); this is MUCH better. Love never having to bend down & reach far in fridge frequently like w/top freezer; sure beats sidebyside we had in another house years ago, too. Love that shelves & bins are all adjustable & clear, the lighting & the door chime when door is left open too long, & how much more quietly it runs. Won't use icemaker, as bad reviews for icemakers in all fridges generally, prefer using that space otherwise. Wish it didn't have the pantry drawer; add'l space between shelves instead would have been preferable. Very good its more energy efficient & that our dog no longer has to get up & move every time we access the fridge. Hope this lasts many years. Best Buy is true to its name; best price, very good sales personnel, we used bonus earnings from having purch washer&dryer mnth ago, & delivery personnel were great, too. Will definitely continue buying from Best Buy.

    Have had this now going on 4 years and is wonderful. Only problem I have had was due to the plastic arm for the ice maker is very fragile and had to be replaced once. Besides that, I have no complaints, amazing amount of space that you do not realize until you open it.

    Displays the Energy Star symbol, but is only certified by Department of Energy. It is not on the Energy Star list for Energy rebates. Refrig is OK. Fits the space where we needed it to go and looks nice. My electric company, West Penn Power, is giving a $50 rebate for Energy Star certified refrigerators. After I submitted the form to obtain the rebate, they called and told me it is not Energy Star Certified. I contacted Samsung support who told me it is only certified by DOE, Department of Energy. It is not on the energystar.gov list. Unless I am misunderstanding something, the information Samsung is providing is misleading to the consumer. Samsung displays the Energy Star symbol under "Key Specs" on their website.     I wanted to replace the frig in my home with a Samsung but the problem I had was in the height to go under the cabinets in a 3 door. Love it, it is so quiet and the wife love the Black Stainless. It comes from the factory with a freezer set around -4 and the frig section +38. The freezer is big enough for us and the frig section has a lot of room and LED light look great.

    I have only had my refrigerator for two weeks but think its beautiful and has plenty of space. Its very quiet. The shelves are adjustable which is a great feature. The vegetable drawers are great... my produce are staying fresh a lot longer then in my old fridge. My only complaint is that the specifications on this unit were not correct. You must add an additional 2 inches to the depth of this unit to allow ventilation and for the plug. I have a very small kitchen so the additional two inches do make a difference.

    We purchased this refrigerator to match the other Samsung appliances we purchased and because it is one of the few smaller sized fridges available. Besides the complete run-around we got from Best Buy on the original price on this item that was not honored when we were billed (still waiting for our credit...), this is very expensive for what you get. We were replacing a cheap GE that was in our house when we moved in and honestly, I'm not sure this 'upgrade' is much better. The motor is LOUD, why? It seems like it should be whisper quiet for the price and the fact it is 2017. This is louder than our old cheap fridge that the motor was failing on, and why we bought this new one. The crisper drawer on the right does not open when the left french door is closed -why? This seems like poor design. You can open the crisper drawer on the left when the right french door is closed. If you put bottles in the doors they move all over the place - needs to be some sort of option to add to prevent this from happening. Quality doesn't seem to justify the price. I would not buy this item again. Additionally, VERY disappointed with the run around we received from BB on this purchase when THEY were the ones who delivered 3 weeks late and then could not honor our original bundled pricing for our appliances. Really poor customer service and follow through.
