Its perfect for small apartment and very spacious!

It's been 4 years, and it hasn't given us any problems. Fits perfectly in our house (small kitchen). It was a gift for my family, and we still have it till this day.

Great refrigerator for what I needed. I love the fact that it is quiet, runs efficiently and looks nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the shelves hard and somewhat inconvenient (without them sitting almost on top of each other) to adjust in the refrigerator to get large items such as a tall jug of orange juice.

Needed to fit in small space only thirty inches wide. Woks great.

Please be aware of a problem that most Samsung products suffer from. Our three door refrigerator, that is only five years old, had one of its door handles break while trying to open it. The part, which holds the pin that holds the door handle, broke. The plastic part IS NOT REPLACEABLE. That means that if this part breaks, you have to buy another complete door. There is nothing wrong with the door other than this weak plastic part. The plastic part that failed probably costs a buck or two to make and maybe twelve dollars in a store, if it was sold, now costed us $300. It seems that during design and assembly, SAMSUNG has placed a PLASTIC part that is not repairable and the customer is responsible for their mistake. Custom services' response was that there was nothing they could do because my refrigerator was not under warranty. Since my fridge is five years old, a warranty wouldn't have helped anyway. Your concern should be that SAMSUNG's products have these parts in them. If your spending your hard earned money on SAMSUNG products, your depending on the SAMSUNG name and reputation to help its customers out when one of their products has failed. This is a design flaw by SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG should take responsibility for their mistakes.

We replaced all three major appliances over Labor Day weekend. We had a bit of a problem selecting a refrigerator because our slot for the fridge is somewhat small, and couldn't be easily modified. We were a little nervous about having enough space, but it has worked out quite well. I love the pull-out freezer drawer, it's much easier to store things. The fridge works quite efficiently and the LED lighting is beautiful. We miss having an ice-crusher but we consciously chose not to have one because it's one more thing to malfunction. We did have an issue with our icemaker; it made ice for a week and then stopped altogether. We made a service call to Samsung and a week later it was replaced. It works perfectly now. We're very pleased.

This looked good on paper. None in store to see firsthand. Hard to buy without seeing. We are space constrained with a wall on one side of the fridge. Beware that the handles bow way out (not necessary) and do not let us open the door all the way on the wall side. Handles could have been straightened like my previous fridge. That would allow opening it all the way on a wall side. Disappointed in quality of drawers. Rollers were cheap plastic wheels. I expected more for a fridge costing over $1400. My old fridgge had aluminum slides and wheels. It lasted for 15 years. I doubt the Samsung wheels will last 5 or 6 years. And I bet I have to buy the whole drawer to get them fixed. Otherwise, it is good buy when compared to similar units. We did not want to lose space for the ice maker. We don't use it. This Samsung has a small ice maker space need. That is a plus if you want freezer space instead.

I would give this refrigerator no stars if possible. Unfortunately, we had very few choices during the Covid shortage. It worked fine for the first year. During the second year, it started making very loud fan noises that stopped when the doors were opened but functioned normally otherwise. We are now in the third year. The icemaker has failed completely and it is now making a new grinding noise in addition to the old noise. While Samsung is now well known for defective ice-makers, they have refused to provide any assistance for a known defect. Don't trust the good reviews. Most things work well initially. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to reviews that speak to long-term reliance. There are not many for Samsung refrigerators.

Realized after our old refrigerator went out that we needed a slim size for our space. Found this very stylish and updated 3 door Samsung refrigerator at Best Buy. Ordered online on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday as scheduled. The installers were very polite and even removed our old non-working refrigerator. Modern stainless steel finish and quiet running motor. Great buy at Best Buy!

The product listing describes Samsung's French Door refrigerator model RF220NCTASR as 21.6 Cu Ft. with the dimensions of Height 65.38" x Width 29.75" x Depth 36.38", but those dimensions are for model RF221NCTASR not model RF220NCTASR as listed above. Model RF220NCTASR is actually 22 Cu Ft with the dimensions of Height: 66-3/4" x Width: 29-3/4" x Depth: 36-1/4" which doesn't fit our space. We had to turn back delivery and now we are without a refrigerator. Still waiting to hear back from Best Buy 2nd tier customer service. They promised to call back in the hour. They did not.

Great Refrigerator!! Has everything I could ask for or want it a fridge for my condo unit. Has great accessibility, can fit a whole pizza in the freezer. Easy access to all items, the water filter is inside the door which makes the an additional stylish feature. Nothing really bad I can say about this fridge unless you didn't buy it on sale!! Which was a mistake on your part! Best fridge I have owned and have been loving all of Samsung's products! Very advanced and stylish products!!

This is definitely a poor quality product. This fridge only ran for two and a half years. Right after mine stopped working, my brother who had similar brand also died on him. I will not recommend this product to anyone

Purchased this in 2020 during the pandemic. Seemed like a decent refrigerator. In 3 years of ownership I had to have it repaired 3 times. Twice for the fridge part not cooling, wound up being the little blend door piece that directs air from freezer to fridge. Last time the condenser died. So a $1500 fridge lasted less than 3 years before becoming unserviceable, yes unserviceable, the repair company said they don't even bother replacing compressors on Samsung fridges. Only good news was that Geek Squad wound up giving me a complete refund on the fridge since it was not repairable. If you are going to buy a Samsung appliance make absolutely sure you buy the extended warranty, you will need it!!! Side note, Geek Squad was very helpful in getting someone out to diagnose it and then refunding me my money via store credit when it died.

Samsung ice makers are notoriously bad, and this is no different. The fridge and freezer work fine, but the ice maker is a loud nightmare when it decides it wants to quit working. Samsung support is very difficult to maneuver.

I bought this in July of 2020. It’s October of 2024 now. Today my fridge stopped working - it has power but nothing is cold. Threw out a fridge full of spoiled groceries. Four years is not long enough. Also about a year ago the ice maker arm broke with normal use. Never again.

Went with the french door and was able to get it delivered the next day!

I have purchased multiple Samsung Refrigerators, this is the first one that I have had problems with. I bought this refrigerator and it would not cool below 50 degrees. I lost food and Best Buy replaced it with a new one. This one keeps food sometimes below 40 degrees and sometimes as high as 42 degrees. I am taking measurements using a kitchen thermometer in a full gallon of water which I leave in the refrigerator. This refrigerator I understand blows cold air into the freezer and from there into the main area of the refrigerator. Most of the Samsung French Door Refrigerators are "Twin Cooling" with the cold air going directly into each area. Based on my experience I would only purchase a larger refrigerator with this "Twin Cooling" feature. I have had multiple repair people from Best Buy and Samsung and they have not been able to improve the refrigerator performance. I had requested a different refrigerator within the time period to request a change and was told that it was up to the manager and that they would not replace the refrigerator. I have never bought a new refrigerator and had it not be able to keep food cold. My 15 year old refrigerator actually froze some food sometimes, which is something that I would not be able to do with this refrigerator and I am lucky if food is below 40 degrees.

This product was subpar quality. I had the refrigerator for 14 months when it stopped working. It was repaired and 3 months later the same problem occurred again. There was some problem with a fan in the refrigerator part. The freezer never stopped working but it was the exact same issue both times in the fridge. Ended up having to have it replaced.
