Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: looks nice, maintains good temperature Cons: flimsy shelf in door broke after a few months of use., you have to force the main shelf out for cleaning at risk of breaking something, the vegetable drawer is made of two pieces of clear plastic with gaps between the front and sides where food can get lodged. the only way to clean it is to separate the front from the rest of drawer but it is brittle and started to crack when I tried to seperate the front. I had to heat it in the oven to make the plastic soft enough to un snap the front for cleaning. The drawers are difficult to slide out for cleaning. You have to push hard on the doors to close them and the refrigerator shakes. It is hard to access food in the drawers. Would not recommend this refrigerator and I would be hesitant to buy a Samsung again.

Poor Quality and loud noiae

No the unit is again making loud noises and sounds like it is about to explode. Unit is not three years old. Guess another expensive service call. My last frig worked great for over ten years and was still working fine when I sold the house. Not expected to have these problems with an expensive appliance that should last a long time.

Poor warranty service

Samsung unable to get it repaired and unable to furnish replacement. Finally offered to reimburse me but still waiting for check 6 weeks later. Will not reimburse me for original installation cost or removal of this defective refrigerator. Clearly not living up to warranty provisions. Sent a few letters to US CEO with no reply. Many calls to Samsung support. Recommend staying away from Samsung appliances.
